I can't seem to get past the map screen after logging in. I have changed the compatibility to what was posted. I have let the program have full access and changed internet options. I couldn't get it to work on windows 10 home so now I have upgraded to windows 11 pro. Still noting seems to work. Any Suggestions ?

I have three Jenquai, PigeonJE, SeagullJD, and CondorJS, All are in the mid level 30's yesterday Nov. 13'th, they showed up on the net-7 page today Nov. 14 when I log in they are listed as Unknown avatar ID#. I do have them in game as I type this so I know hey are actively playable

I have everything working, I get to the log in page, I put down my ea name and password and it wont accept. Dont know if PW is incorrect or my ea name, can I change both so i can log in. Thanks

I used the net7 mail system to send an item yesterday, from one character to another. I got a message said it went through on the one sending it, but didn't get the item on the other end. The characters in question are trickster (sender) and assaultnbattery (reciever). Any help would be appreciated.

Has anyone tried user AMD Super Resolution with this game? Which exe would we need to associate it with?

Hi guys, Hope this is the right place. I forgot the password on my in-game accounts and wanted to reset it using the "Avatar Settings" page on net-7.org. When I click the "Forgot Password" button, it asks me to confirm the email, and that part is fine, and from the UI it looks like it's worked. However, in the Network tab in the browser, the call to "https://www.net-7.org/cpanel.php?action=reset_password&uid=useridhere" (useridhere substituted in place of my id) returns response text that says "Message could not be sent.Mailer error: SMTP connect()failed." OK so installed it - can get it loaded - open the game - its locked into the top left corner - get the introduction and the screen with Megan. Thats it - no abilityh to max the screen -no ability to do anything in game. HOw do i fix it? anyone?

I have spoken with Yeti(GM) in game about the email address used on my second account has been deactivated from 11 years ago due to inactivity and have no access to the email account on file. I have my Net7 account name and my old email address but password reset will not work for my case to re-activate the Net 7 account.

I just got a friend to try out the game. His PC is high-end with an SSD. I told him about the launcher and checking all 4 boxes and we tried switching to Windows mode and full screen but nothing worked. He lives near me so we use the same internet provider too. What else can we do to help him or he just going to quit because it makes the game unplayable?

I'm getting no errors the game launches fine the proxy stays up i can get to the character screen but when i click login with a character it goes to loading map 3-5 seconds later back at main login. Hello, Game version 545 Starting the "LaunchNet7.exe-v2.2.0" in administrator mode no chance to pass the INV-300 error. Set with Windows Vista compatible mode. Recently i switched to T mobile home internet,( it has ports for being a wired connection and wireless) It does pretty good fore the most part .Now I'm having problems getting into the game. I run N7,it does all the usual,get to the log in screen ( weirdly my toons are never where i logged out at),I log my character in and it shows the hand print ,then hangs at the map screen. when i minimize the screen, i look in the tray and it says waiting on the server. My computer restarted and now I am getting "Server Failed to respond to Login attempt" error. I have tried disabling the "check for cert revocation" as if it was an INV-300 error which did not work. The only anomoly was I was able to login once with one client, but any other attempts fail with this error. Does anyone have any idea on how to troubleshoot? Update - still no progress. I've turned off Windows Firewall, Allowed both LaunchNet7 and net7proxy through the firewall, tried all the debug options. No luck. Really scratching my head here. Any help is very appreciated.

I have downloaded the game and followed the instructions to the letter again and again. To be unable to have the game boot once the play button is pressed. Hello, I have installed the client "eandb_demo.exe" then "Net-7_Install.exe", launched as admin the client and then after launched the emulator as admin. The emulator as made few updates and then launched the netproxy v2.46 as admin also. The client.exe as admin is asking my name id and password, OK, then ACCEPT button give me square message of "EA.com is temporarily unavailable.... (INV-300)". I have made the firewall access for in/out for "Detours.exe + LaunchNet7.exe + net7proxy.exe + client.exe" The only trouble is that with this Win11 revison 23H2 the compatibility mode is only from Vista not WinXP SP3 anymore ?
