Resetting my Game Password

I'm trying to come back after being away for a bit, but i've forgotten my game account password.  I'm able to log into the net-7 website, and push the Forgot Password button.  But i'm not getting the reset email.  I've double checked the spam folder and I have no filter active on that account.  I did this about 10 hours ago so i'm pretty sure any email should have made it's way through the internet tubes by now!

If you send a GM Help ticket to me with your Game Account name and a Avatar on the account i can issue you a Temporary Password  that you can change after logging in tot he game

 

(Net-7.org Sign in on the account.   navigate to the WebHelp selection of the top menu bar,   then go to the InGame Issues (GM Support)  and fill out the information and i will do a temporary Password change and send it back to you Via Email with the Password and instructions on how to use it and change it to a more permanent password

Thank you, i've sent the ticket.  I tried redoing the button on the web page a few hours ago and it still hasn't worked.
