Rumored existence of a mob from back in the day

Curious about this. I vaguely recall when the game was live that there was a mob called the World Eater and was CL99. Did anyone else ever hear of this, or see it if it existed? Just wondering.

Are you thinking of the machine the V'rix were building in AK'S Gate? Used to be a repeatable mission in live to supply items.

Probably.  Never saw it for myself.  Wasn't sure it really existed.

It is existing, that much i know.

But L99? Wasn't it 66?

 

I think that mob is in Glenn exibition?

A small version of it.

Weren't the CL99's those late editions to try and prevent people from AFK/AOE rep grinding?

That was random CL66 non-aggro to prevent shield nova macros in Freya chavez spawn. I dont think it ever did kill a macro user... lot of legit player tho ?

Somebody may have spawned one in inside the PRS the other day it may have gotent killed by a 2x JEs (one that was OVERPOWERED), a JD, a TT, and a PP (until the turrets killed him)........it took over and hour and it was not pretty......but it was......a memory. ?

Except for the mobs related to the PRS raids,  the only Mob that i have ever spawned in the PRS that wasn't part of any raid was the l66 planet eater that was just last Friday.
