I guess client side warning when name and/or password contains special chars was not enough. Its now enforced on server side aswell.

It should be blocking special characters, Ill let a dev know about that as soon as I can.

I'm a fan of the collection of music. Are you Saoninal/skitzdout? I recall the first patch was great, I don't think I've made it through all of the ones that made up the 150ish update. Pretty much everything else I've listened to while playing is spot on. I do remember hearing one that threw me off for some reason from there, I'll have to see if I can find it again and find out why.

Mark as resolved. Initial game account creation did not block special character or stripped them without me noticing. Deleted accounts and recreated with no special characters seemed to do the trick.

Woodstock HGM started following When I'm not in space I'm on the road and Login Issues

delay time from creation to being able to login is very minimal, have you made sure to set the net-7 launcher and the game Client executables to run as Administrator and also compatibility mode, since you said your created a game account on the net-7 page, are you using those created credentials to log in? Windows 10 or 11 doesn't make a difference for the game, i run the game on win11 machines with out issues. verify the administration mode and compatibility modes, and let us know how it goes.

Note for anyone using a rolling release distro like Arch or Manjaro you are likely to soon pick up: https://archlinux.org/news/transition-to-the-new-wow64-wine-and-wine-staging/ which is a major problem for us. Immediately after I started getting: wine: '/home/cs/.wine' is a 32-bit installation, it cannot support 64-bit applications. despite the fact the application I'm running is 32-bit. You can try reinstalling from the install script again (which will create a new 32-bit prefix as suggested in the link above) but the degree of performance degradation mentioned there is currently unknown. I'm currently trying to build this wine32 AUR package as a replacement: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/wine32 but who knows how long that will take or whether it will work (one of the comments there said the build took 3 hours). I'll post more details when I know more. EDIT: The wine32 AUR package worked. I ran into some additional trouble with some scripts and things that I use, but those are unlikely to affect most people and I found workarounds to get things mostly working again.

I followed the steps from the FAQ regarding installation of the game client and net-7 launcher. I have created 2 game accounts that are visible under my master account. However, I'm unable to login to the game after launching it from the net-7 launcher with either account. What is the delay time between game accounts created online being migrated to game servers? Should I just wait a few hours and try again? I have tried from a Windows 10 and Windows 11 machine both with the same issues.

3 reasons. 1: Cost for Micro$oft OS. 2: It is an OS I'm used to using. (covers most people. Android OS on phones compared to I phones. Love them or hate them) 3: All the Linux's I have tried, none have caught my attention. -
I recently finished restoration on a 1951 Harley. Thought I'd share some pics for those that have an interest in motorcycles. Hope you like it! Dusty/Redbeard

@Spa It's just a file hosted on a webserver, nothing fancy. I can download it and so can the independent link check tool. So it's probably some safety measure on your computer. If I had to guess it's because it's a file that's not downloaded very often, so that might prevent some browser or some anti virus from downloading it. I remember sending you the file, since you already had issue back then. Not something I can fix from the webserver side I'm afraid. Maybe if I get some spare time, I could look into hosting it on github as a release or something. Perhaps that helps, but in fairness I think the same issue might happen there for you. -

Well that is funny. Because if I check the url with Filescan.io, this is the result: So not only is the URL working, but it could download the zip file, find the executables in it and scan them for threats. Not sure what to tell you
