Right... It has never buffed turbo on anyone but the user. At least it never did in Stress Test 4 or Beta.

It buffs reactor for people in and out of group... It never to my knowledge buffed turbo to anyone but the JE itself.

People were making throw away toons to tour before this feature... Honestly I don't see what the big deal is that it just makes it a little bit easier for them to do it. I can understand the issue with people going to starter sectors, but with that fix it shouldn't be an issue anymore.

The solo game is not dead if your a JD... As far as reverse kiting goes, combat trance one of the PW's main skills only works if you don't move.

I was there for the said Controller raid... When I would hit HP I would get instantly killed. The TS use to make a good HP'r, but in a serious raid he will get one shotted if he uses the skill. At least that's how it went for me. Four deaths in less than 10 minutes.

I see... You could ask the person who was recruited, who recruited them. Just a thought.

When you recruit someone it does tell them who is recruiting them...

Think you may have to be 150 overall, but I could be wrong...

Am I wrong to think if it's in the skill description, then it should be true... All build skills say in there description increases quality of manufactured items. One would believe if you have a certain level of build everything below a certain point should be a snap. My 2 cents on this subject.

I went out just to see it for myself as well. So I could see exactly what people are talking about. Went out with some guildys killing some Voltoi in Antares. Every once in awhile I would hit myself with HP just to see if I could draw agro away from the tank. Sure enough I was able to piss one off enough that he completely forgot about the tank and followed me all over the place. This was the lowest level of HP that I used and it generated that much hate, I was abit surprised to say the least.

I had it maxed... It helps a TS to reach the top speed of 9045 warp achievable in game. Without it the TS can still reach around 8.8k warp, so really the gain isn't much. The combat speed boost is moot, because by that time you already hit the 1000 cap.

It's not just me who thinks afterburn is a pretty useless skill as it is right now... The amount of warp and combat speed increased even at its highest level makes it pretty much useless to have till you have no where else to put your points. Only other skill I think is more useless on the TS than afterburn is hack. Is it possible to vamp it up a little bit? Just a thought.

I never do this mission, because you get the skill when you accept it. I just forfeit afterwards.

I remember a guildy getting killed by GoBB once and he just kept drifting in circles in Paramis... I jumpstarted him while moving.

When you hover over the game on the taskbar and bring the windows up, right click on the window you want to move and click on move.

Yeah I agree completely with the day issue... As it has been stated VGE has gone weeks without almost all spawns on our day. I want to say the main reason has been because of server restarts the last month or so. Late kills on free for all Sunday played a big part mainly for GoBB. Since GoBB got see cloaked (and I like to thank the Dev's for finally giving him that) we have been able to get him almost every single Monday. Controller on the other hand is a different story. More often than not he doesn't spawn for us.
