  Version cannot be determined is shown when it has not been patched yet (no Version.txt file).   His problem seems to be residual LaunchNet7 config files that .net leaves behind in AppData directory. His spelling is terrible and I have better things to do to decipher that.

You must run LauncherNet7.exe not enb.exe. Also in the launcher, you must specify client.exe not enb.exe

  If you have special chars on forum password, then try simpler password.

  Error message tells you that you need to use forum login and not game login. How is that not clear?

INV-301 is certificate error.   Now, tell me, why do you have 'Use local cert' checkbox selected?   Also, you need to create game account on https://www.net-7.org/portal.

  127.0.0.1:8887 is your local proxy server

Launcher uses UDP and TCP/HTTPS networking, net7proxy uses UDP networking and TCP locally with client client.exe uses TCP/3805 for global and TCP/HTTPS for login, and TCP locally to communicate with proxy   'Connecting to ...' error is for TCP/3805 not being allowed.   Either fix rules in norton or get rid of it. Disabling it may not be enough btw.   edit: It may also be caused by windows firewall, and/or some other internet security system you may have installed.

You have client.exe blocked from firewall.

  There is two ways to verify if what you say is correct:   1) If you open task manager and add 'UAC Virtualization' column to it, then you see that when LaunchNet7.exe is started as admin, every process started from launcher after that (e&bconfig, proxy, client)  inherits the column value.   2) LauncherNet7 has 'Tool -> E&BConfig' options, so you can use E&BConfig to determine which registry entry is written when LauncherNet7 is running as admin or as normal user and e&bconfig.exe does not have any box ticked (ie, winxp compat or admin). You can then use e&bconfig.exe without launcher to verify.   However, running LauncherNet7 as user and having admin box ticked for e&bconfig.exe does run e&bconfig.exe as admin.

  That is client own error and not related to server. You just have to try again with fingers crossed that it works. Hopefully fix is in next proxy patch.

You need to point launcher to 'release/client.exe' and not 'e&b.exe'
