A.k.a. Jenquai Defender.

I always wanted to be able to collect a set of items that were matched with each other complementing one anothers in aspects, for Race/class they were designed for. Examples as follows for the Defender and/or Jenquai.   The Crimson Line: Crimson Kabuto (shield), Crimson Daikyu (weapon), Crimson Agemaki (device), Crimson Samjigin, Crimson Katabira, Crimson Jikatabi (engine) Crimson Dragon (beam weapon),  etc etc. You get the idea.   This would IMO would create a new fervor for raiding, collecting and manufacturing, add a Nice equipped Crimson/Red graphic to a players shield aura or ship itself. and BAM ! Jealousy !    Phor

Mysterious forces at work. Did you try? No that won't work. How about if you? No that won't work either. Have you been Banned?     Start another character, if he can't log in then there is a Client / proxy issue. If the new character can get on then your Character is black holed. Nicely request ONCE the help of a Game Master. (GM)   Try launching game when you get to the screen that has the Play button. Go to the top right click "Help"----click "Advanced Settings"---Click "Force Update"   NEXT: Close all the game windows. If your running Windows 7 Right click on the Desktop Game Icon and click "Run as Adminstrator" to start the game updates/patches. BE Patient and let the Game Update all the files.   If you have followed exactly what I have said and you can't get on still. Seek professional help. A GM of coarse.

All we need now is a mission and a nice Chianti and Fava Beans.

We're talking about Beams Weapons? One of my favorite subjects. :) There's a lot on paper and in excel I could share.

Per Dakynos: I have been having some issues mostly at Megan hour, Unplayable and it seemed to be only on my Win 7 machine. I am doing all that I can on my end to improve connectability and stability. I'll go through a list of the things I have done and checked.   You may think its extream but none the less, I had to make sure it wasn't my end or ISP. Comcast 2nd Teer speeds on giga bit LAN.   What I have seen during Megan hour is that when I fire my weapons on the Win7 machine My XP machine will recieve the Packets faster and display the fireing of my Beams, almost instantly.. This is packets moving in one direction ...?   It takes litterally 3-7 seconds for that information to come back to my Win7 machine and show my Beams firing, during Megan hour.   Now so far what I have did: 1) Rebooted giga bit Switch. 2) Rebooted Router 3) Rebooted Cable Modem. 4) Shorten 50' RJ-45 cable to 25 feet and replaced the connectors. 5) Replaced the Win7 machine with my XP machine from work. After I removed all the un-necessary Acer crap from Win7. Above Win7, below Windows XP. 6) Did all the .NET framework upgrade/installs. 7) Downloaded and installed the Microsoft Visual C++ files. (Windows updates won't fine the Visual C++ You have to search for them Manually in the Microsoft updater search box) 8) I did a "Tracert" on my Network-to-server. "Sunrise.net-7.org"   After doing the Tracert I was stuned to learn that the packets from me to Our 1&1 passed through 13 different Routers ! Image below: On a couple of the Tracerts I did, 1 timed out and one had a latency of over 160 ms across all three pings. 1 and 2 were my Gaming router and Cable modem. I though it a good idea to hide those addresses. :) When you look at the Pings when they hit the 1&1 Routers and servers they are all over 40ms with the highest being 206ms.   Looking at the data, and please correct me if I'm wrong, almost HALF ! of the Packet routing is done through 6 Points on the 1&1 site!? It looks as though the communication back is lagging or lost. IDK.   Next step During Megan hour. type "/delag 100" during Megan hour And After typing this I will release and renew my IP Address. And maybe Try the "lock Port" option Efialtis did. I am actually waiting For Megan Hour to see if what I have done has made a difference.   Links: Release and Renew IP address. back to back 2 step process, make sure you know what your doing ! There are ways that a Healer and/or their group can prevent aggression incapacitation. The DEVs just have not told you or disclosed how to do it.   The idea is for you, your group mates and Guild (If they will listen) to experiment and figure it out. If your a solo multiBoxer your chances of pulling this off are not as good. IMHO, This is one way how they have limited Multi-boxing 5 toons at a time. Kudos to the Dev's for it. It was that or Limiting IP addresses.   I won't explain in detail the technique or tactic, I'll just tell you that, DO NOT underestimate the importance of every classes abilities and their devices.   Every week, every day (Megan Hour?) every Patch something is added they don't tell you about, weather its a Tweaking of a Skill to make it more effective or Finally getting a device to work as it is suppose to or intended. Read the small print in some of the patch notes you may see something about item changes or fixes, the hints are there. :)   Side note edit: The drop rates although some may not like it the way it is now, has created an economy conducive to a good NEW game. (Maybe tweaking needed here also). Kudos to the Dev's for listening.   Phor

Something else that would be nice. Being automaticly logged in the the Net-7.org site, and the Forums "When ever you log on to the game". Or any combination of same. :)

I was thinking of "Image" Sort. BUT This would then put the Silver and Power Of the Elements next to each other because they Share the same " i_pu171 " Image. Because they are in the process of changing the images this won't be an issue by accidently selling the wrong item. :)

I'd say leave the shields alone. BUT.. Lets get a couple of Low to high level devices to Improved/Enhanced, Environmental Shield, Shield Leech, Energy Leech and Reactor Optimization. Pair those up with a couple of the other Jenquai Skills/Techs and they would be deadly.   IV

For the "Test Ship" app on the character screen. iirc I use to be able to test the effects of a device in one of my Slots that was restricted to my race/class. This has since been corrected, and thats fine it should be that way.   But now I am still looking for the effects that a group member would have on my systems. Sooo, Please consider haveing a "Group Buff/Debuff" effects added to the "Test Ship". The buffs and Debuffs could be then added to my ships stats. Hey Terrell, The best I could come up with for My JD using all PLs was this setup using the Test ship app on Net-7 portal. The 1 "AA" device made the difference.
