efialtis
I recently changed ISP and since then i cannot seem to be able to connect to the game server. I suspect its a firewall issue or maybe my ISP blocks certain ports by default. If i put my PC into DMZ i can login just fine, but problem is i'm unwilling to take the risks of DMZ. Even the server shows offline in the launcher but i can ping him just fine from a command prompt. The problem is with the login server which my system cant seem to find. The net7proxy error is login failed-server not found (Server failed to respond to login attempt). I would appreciate any help about the ports and such the login is build around so i can make the appropriate rules to my new router.
Slayerman
If it works OK in your DMZ - thats usually a firewall issue.
efialtis
Yeah i already figured that out so i'm asking if anyone knows the ports the communication takes place so i can add the appropriate rules

efialtis
ok i fixed it. Thanks for the answers. I must have had a brain fart or something until i realised the authentication port is mentioned in the launcher (443) I opened it up and was up and running immediately. [/quote] 443 is the standard https port so closing that really cuts you off from a lot of things, much more than just EnB Emu login server. tredway
Ya 80 is your normal HTTP traffic and 443 is HTTPS/SSL traffic defaults. Odd that you had 443 closed off, wonder what else you've been cut off from? Nonetheless its fixed and you can get your game on!
efialtis
Yeah strange. Maybe it was a quirk of the new router. I haven't used a port 443 exception rule in the previous one.
