  1. No it was just a bug they never fixed, I used to build at F7 and Net-7 for same quality chances. Had both factions maxed.
  2. well if u look at the forum posts, I put up they show all 3.
  3. yes like GC, the only thing they could never get is, net-7 station to turn green no matter how high your faction was.
  4. I know one or two of the warder drops are non trade in the EMU, if these two are one of the two or both here is a bit of proof that they are tradeable.   6. Yes there was negative signature in live, it was added later in the game. The reason for it was to reduce the how far a mob could see you. For example, if a mob has a 5k scan range and you have a -0.8k sig the mob should not see you until you get within 4.2k of it. This is the reason that negative sig was implemented in live.
  7. Didn't I hear something about mobs having resists now? If that is the case, granted 1 out of 25 is low but 20 out of 34 seems a bit to high, if they do have a 50 Psi resist. Just like the mobs that hit us do hack and hack well because most people dont use a activated or equiped device for Psionic resistance. The TE has the advantage with Rally for this. So I would hope that is taken in consideration before to drastic of a change is made.
  8. They both work, I manage to hack the cl66's in Tarsis quite a bit, lower lvl mobs seems to work even better, but hack does work better than Bio repression does.

  11. I really think the TS needs a swap around to be affective in groups or even solo, it's by far the weakest of the explorer classes. Yes I know the JE only has 3 weapons but it has CC to compensate. I think the TS should have lvl9 shields as the other two terran classes do, and also have devices at lvl8, doing so won't make it much slower as it's the fastes ship out there anyway, but will give a good standing in fighting capabilities.

Yeah Agrippa is ok if you can actually do it, right now my privateer is stuck on trying to do stage 1 weaps, Telum is all messed up and won't progress, seems if you do ammo first it skips all of the stage 1 weapons mission. I cannot level the PP any further as I will surpass the lvl75 dead zone.
  14. Personally I don't see why there would be a need for anymore race/class specific items in the game, atleast not right now. I think there are plenty of items to chose from. I don't even think agrippa should have been added yet, the DEV's keep talking about timeline, but they keep adding items in the game, that have no timeline to them. I would rather wait for the Vrix, Ardus and Der-Tod to be in game before anything else off the cuff is added to the game.

But your still taking the huge risk of the healer, getting punched out, when what was talked about gets implemented, especially when we have 2 shot mobs out there as in the AV and GOBB, they will just be right back where this conversation about item damage is now. With GOBB in particular where do you get time to pay attention on how bad your structure of an item is. Fishbowl raids in live people didnt check that stuff until after they were dead not during the fight. Also, you are basically saying hey screw you PW's your overpowered anyway, so you get tio take the biggest beating on your equipment. The formula in my opinion just doesnt work unless everyone had the same amount of hull. on top of that how do you plan on calculating this for less than lvl135 chars?
  16. Ryle, if I am reading your numbers correctly, they are basically the same as whats happening in game right now. For one thing your forcing a TT/TS presence in every raid, I don't want to see forced chars. I really do not like the idea of it being a flat amount of damage per 5000 as you suggested, if that is the case then the buffs on certain equipment basically mean nothing, i.e equipment damage control, and equipment damage magnification buffs. There way too many factors and situations in the game to just have it that way, it needs to be more of randome number then either increases or decreases depending on the situation.
  17. The thing is. in live the mobs had to get through structure first which took quite a few deaths. The main reason you lost quality on an item was from not using the repair skill that all warrior classes have, as it is right now that skill is basically useless. The mobs not especially raid bosses, almost instantly take quality down to 0 when you die at certain times, then when you get a JS and you get targeted again and die thats when you take the quality loss, which to me in most cases is around 8%. It should take more than one death to get the structure down to 0, thats the main problem right now. So, basically what is needed right now is a system in place for how much structure is taken before quality can even take a hit, and that would depend on the level of the mob your fighting and what level your particular char is. Even in live, getting killed by a lvl60 voltoi on a tour wouldn't totally destroy your equipment. I wish I did have the numbers, but most of it is random depending on the situation.
  18. One thing before you play around with aggro on healers if they use heal skills, the first thing that needs to be addressed is the way equipment damage is taken. I can tell you if healers get taken out to many times and destroy there equipment constanly, you will have a riot on your hands or healers just won't join raids.
  19. There is or was no cooldown times for shield recharge or hull patch here or in live. Also, there was no energy usage in live for hull patch. But there was a timer on how fast you could spam it. What I mean by that is it wasnt instant, it took like 5 seconds to patch the hull, not sure on the exact numbers but you couldn't spam it like shield recharge.
  20. no trips, net-7 portal is down for maintanance between 12 am est and 1am est so you can't get in at those times usually.

  23. I want to make a suggestion on the MPP, is there anyway of making the spawn random? Also anyway of having it roam around the sectors that it spawns in? This will stop the camping and give everyone a shot at hunting it down and killing it. It will also keep the market from being flooded with crystals, since it would be much harder to find.
  24. The thing is we just got into BETA, they didn't see a need to do a wipe, so this is how it is and shall be until a wipe comes down the road somewhere. I was actually for a wipe going into Beta to get a bit of balance back into the game, and quite a few others were also, so actually we don't totally disagree. As it sits now though, I don't see the point in making those changes, fair or not at this time.
