I wasn't necesarily saying that PP is lacking, the changes to CFB to include recharge shield skill, and the other end game stuff that is available for PP covers most of it. Just making suggestions to tie up loose ends in the other levels.

One beam, the asperity of the master, was a different beam. It took dark matter charges that were made by a weapon builder and used as ammo. The buffs (with the exception of turbo) didn't work on the beam unless you had the ammo loaded up on the beam. Been a whilem, don't remeber what the buffs did (maybe if someone has a screenie to help the devs) but remember it was something pretty good and made the beam worth using despite its crappy dps. Also, have the TR once the buffs get working, that has some fun debuffs on it.

Suggestions to help build up the items for the PP, relatively high level stuff too. A L8 PL that drops from the voltoi bosses that buffs crit, pl skill, and thrust speed. Base DPS on par with silver hammer and grave robber. A L8 Reactor that drops from the mordana raids that buffs shield recharge, shield inversion, and menace. Cap and recharge on par with vulture and juggernaut.

Been trying your method for a couple days now, obviously mission is bugged if i am doing what i am supposed to, don't see why it can't just be force started on my toon or debugged....

Hey, i have a problem with my agrippa mission on my tt, neptune, I succesfully started stage 2 with an invite. I then completed the reaction vulgus mission, and then the tactical advantage print as well. I am at the point where the architecht tells me to go to IV and she has to give me the test mission. when i have the device in my hold, she tells me to equip it, when it is equiped, she tells me to come back later. he has over 9k pp faction. Any ideas as to why he cannot get the test mission? Any help is appreciated.

I am having a similar issue with my TT: Basically for the L7 TA Alpha, IV says that i need to equip the device, and I do that and then she just tells me to come back later. None of the NPC's will tell me why I cannot test the item to proceed. Have over 9k PP faction.
