  1. All I know is I see plenty of crit hits from my missiles on my TE
  2. as far as I know it is a hulk drop every other comp is in them
  3. Actually zach just said its a randomizer from 0-100 so the only way to guarentee crit hits is to get your percentage of crit to 100% or higher
  4. 60 seconds the problem right now even withh two full groups he takes everyone out before u can get a heal off, so I don't see how even more groups being in on it will help. That to me means more dead even if you had two or three je's jsing those that died that is if they can get that off
  5. I agree and remember the third way as Mattacre decribed it, origins live. Right now the way it is if you need faction (i.e Red Dragon) and are killing mobs to get such faction, whoever takes the first shot on the mob gets or takes the faction hit. It's not who does the miost damage by the way, the person or group that does the most damage gets the kill award not necessarilly the faction hit or gain. I would like it either split ( i.e say you attack a chavez so you can gain RD faction, the particular chavez gives 6 faction point gain to RD faction and takes 24 from chavez faction. If there are 3 in your group each person would get 2 faction points gained for RD and lose 8 faction points from chavez faction) that is just one example of how it could work, but you as DEV's could decide how you would like it set-up.
  6. No exploit unless you think losing credits paying for HU's you haven't earned yet is an exploit. If you noticed on your Terran char that your HU missioned advanced to see the shipyard status and pay such and such amount for your HU. If you did that you would just lose your credits and never see the HU's you payed for, (HU's you havent earned yet I may add). I am just assuming this is the reason for the hotfix.

  10. The only changes have been necessary changes to further the game along. The only other changes I am aware of have been to get more capacity on the server as in boosting it to 600 cap, so everyone gets a chance to play. This has been said multiple times by the DEV's, this is the biggest volume of players on the server at the same time, so these crashes are arising from that fact.

  13. Actually Alurra just pointed out something I wanted to suggest. Is there a way (atleast until this cap issue is sorted out) you can put a limit to being idle on the server say one hour and then the player gets kicked? I personally never know why people login and stay logged in when they are going to be gone for that long. I could have seen it when we had half of the players we do now, but, it is not needed and will just not allow players that are actually want to play, get in the game to do so.
  14. Well I can tell you right now if you are a Terran they aren't optional. As for getting the creds you can do trade runs or kill mobs it doesnt take that long even at low lvl to get 100k creds.
  15. Yes you have to do that at the start, then after that all u need to do is update the the small or large sig on net-7.org.

  17. Hey Kyp,       In regards to #4 in your post I believe he is talking about building. He is saying you have to get your trade up fast, if you plan on building items for yourself you need higher trade levels so you can actually have a chance at getting 200% or close. For example, my JE has lvl5 build reactors but cannot make a lvl5 reactor even close to 200% even with high faction at the build station, in fact when I checked it with 100% parts the result said 137%. But if you get  to build lvl6/7 that percentage woulkd be higher. The same goes for analyzing.   I also noticed on my TE when analyzing lvl5 weps with lvl5 build skill my percentage chance did not change, from station to station, I still had the same 46% chance with a 100% qual weap at F7 with 1100 positive faction as I did at OMP with 11,000 positive faction.
