I just researched your issue,  and I think I know what your problem is. You're not going to like my answer,  Go back and TALK to Synjin Talbot,  PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT HE SAYS And YOUR ANSWERS, you have to answer in a VERY SPECIFIC WAY,  if you dont answer right YOU WILL NOT get the mission, Go back and talk to him again PAYING ATTENTION to your ANSWERS to the questions,  HINT: he is full of himself.   that being said go back and talk to him  and just don't click through the chat.   I'm sorry if i sound a little Rough.

try resetting the updates on the net-7 launcher

On the Portal page under FAQ's  there are step by step instructions and answers to most of the questions people have when starting.  they are very good instructions

man they are getting it from a lot of their customers lots of complaints 

understood,  at the time there wasnt to many online  i was but i got on before the issue happened

server restarted

log in server appears to be down :angry:

the login server is borked, no one can get in, currently waiting on a server type dev to arrive and work their magic.

it appears that  the login server has crashed i cant log in any alts on other computer also

I'm not able to undelete him,  I can not find him on the server,  I'm sorry hes irretrievable by me.
