I also had this problem,  What i did (luckily have three computers) is disabled Avast, Then I copied the launchnet7.exe file from one computer to the other, i opened Avast and clicked on safe zone  and added the file path for both Net-7 and EnB client to the list.  then i signed on to my Avast account and added both the Net-7 and the ENB directories to the Exclusions list  so it should ignore these files in teh future.

This could come under game assets but I think its better here.   magnetite   now we know what it really looks like

Whats Breakfast?   I don't wake up till noon,  then i have a Siopao (look it up) that my wife makes a batch for me every other week,  I have food allergies to Milk and Eggs so most breakfast items are off my menu,  Steak, Pork chops ribs and BACON  are still on the menu,  A good BLT is also one of my favorites.

the lvl 30 hu missions are "optional" you are given an option to skip the mission and get your HU directly, but this option also precludes you fro getting any follow on hu missions, these missions including the lvl 30 have relatively nice rewards in experience points in all three categories and mission reward equipment that can be used for some time.

As you travel around the game "exploring" places you have not yet been to you will get explore points you can get up to lvl 25 explore just by hitting every regular nav in the game..  an explorer class gets explore also from mining resources.  the points awarded vary depending on the area and the resources

IIRC this was brought up in Original live also and the then devs said no.  there is too much of a chance to sell the wrong things that would require a GM to get back, its safer transferring to cargo then selling it.  it gives you a safety net if you click the wrong thing you can transfer it back to vault before you sell.  I have sold the wrong thing before when i was a player in old live and it was a real PIA to get it back.

the DB is probably the most accurate builders guide,  if you scroll to the bottom of the page you will find other tabs, Builders and cookbook,  the cookbook is probably what i think you are looking for it list from highest to lowest components needed to build the item and goes down to the ores needed to build the components for the items you want to build, it also list the vendors for the item and for the components.

Make sure thatyou use the net 7 launcher not the ea launcher.

ensure you are running all game items as administrator

I just had an Epiphany ,  Check the IP address in your launcher in my opinion  its way to high  check to see if there is a lower one list in the box  if there is select it,  Mine read 192.168.1.xx,   your shows on the screen shot 192.168.56.1  yours does not look right.

Sorry for the delay in answering i was at work,  a couple of things to check,  on teh net-7 launcher  in the client window  ensure that the path  points to the Enb client  mine says  C:\Program files (x96) \EAGAMES\Earth & Beyond\release\client.exe.     Always use teh net-7 client to start the game as it is what directs the game to the right places,  also  ensure that the following boxes are marked on the launcher:  Packet Optimization, Prototype reorder, Disable Mouse Lock, and DElete TH6 files.      also ensure that the Net 7 program and the EnB clients are set to Administrator Rights.

Server down,   gorums were under a spam attach about the same time frame,  iwas trying to beet the spam down when the game crashed

access to captains log  in game is tool bar on top of screen. under the help button , bottom button is the captains log.  NOTE :  the captains log is only on that particular computer that you write it on, so if you use multiple computers and switch accounts from machine to machine  the captains  log does not move.
