  1. This happened to both of my machines after the last update. One Vista one XP. A simple restart of the NET7 launcher fixes the problem. Got an error reguarding the .net framework, but i just hit "continue" and ignored it. Cia

  5. When i had that same issue it was because i tried to install while not conected to the internet. After i got my internet up, it worked fine. I would try it again, afew times in a row. As long as the internet broswer window opens, saying that the website could not be found, thats enuf to make the install wizard get past that part. Cia

Ore Database: Lvl 9 Astroids/Hydrocarbons/Crystals/Gas can be found in the following systems: Tarsis, Primus, IO, Xipe Topec, Dahin, Glenn, Carpenter, Shep, Grissom, Cooper, BBW, Paramis, Antares, VC, VG, Fenris, AP, VT, Jot, Ragnarok, Freya, Niff cloud, yokan, lagarto, endriago, deneb, earth, mars, jup, 61 cyg, inverness and glorys orbit. Those are systems with lvl 9 roids in them for you to find. There used to be alot more fields in live than there are in the emulator, i know cuz i remember most of the field locations. Some of the old fields even have mobs just no rocks. A general rule of thumb, is to search enbdatabase for manes and other ore gaurdians (cl45+) every system listed that has manes (cl45+) Freespacers cl45+, and Bio-*'s (bio extractor, strand theif, bio wraith, ect ect) cl 43+ most likely has a lvl 9 ores in a lvl 8 field guarded by them. (Again enbdatabase just lists the system they are in, dosent tell you where to find them within that system) I only know of 3 pure lvl 9 fields (maybe 13-15 rocks spawn every 30 minutes) they are in the systems i listed above.   8. There were several race specific guilds on pegasus, they all had their alts in other guilds. Theres nothing agsint having a all (one race guild) but theres also no real benefit. except for lol and fun factor.
  9. if we plan to do a raid we usually spam it for 3 hours or so before the event so people know. i am not sure about alyseria's or whitelighter's out of game activities so i cant say for them, but i know sometimes i have to leave unexpectedly or sometimes im not home for days at a time. My work has me on call 24/hrs a day, so even on planned raids for a certin day i cant gaurentee my presence. I'll talk to alyseria and whitelighter to see about a FB day, where we'll do one everyweek on that day. I know whitelighter said hes normally not ontill 6pm(PST). dunno about alyseria lol Cia

  11. Hello all and thanks for reading my post. First let me start by saying thanks to everyone whos attended the last two A/C/W Pug Fishbowl raids. Im posting this on the forums to gain intrest in holding more Fishbowl Raids. Generally Speaking, i wanted to lay out some requierments, rules and tatics, to make the raids a little clearer in the future. Or if someone else wants to host a FB Raid and needs Info on how to do it. Raid Times are sketchy, but as the Ten-Gu inside the FB are not on a long timer, it makes access to these fish easy almost anytime we can pull 3 groups together. Requierments for a raid: Atleast 3 groups of toons with lvl 135 Hulls. (lvl 135 hulls is normally the only requierment of our raids. lvl 8 guns, lvl 8 shields, thats fine, just understand you more than likely are going to die if the bosses target you) Signatures: the lower your signature the better it is for our raid. As there alot of cl 61 Destroyers that float around, and they hit almsot as hard as the ten-gu bosses. Lower sigs will help keep the aggro from them down. 6 Healers Minimum; we need atleast 2 Shield Recharging healers per group. If a Boss targets one of your DPS class, two healers spaming heals can generally keep them alive for the duration of the spawn. 2 Jumpstarters - Explorer Class toons that have lvl 6-7 Jumpstart. (only class that can join with sub lvl 135 hulls. MUST have lvl 6 or 7 Jumpstart, and only after efforts to get 135+ explorers into the raid fails.) Rules: 1 Groups; Raid cordinater makes the groups. They assign what person to what group. (example we try to put 2 healers, 3dps, and 1 explorer per group). 2 Loot; Alyseria is in charge of passing out the loot. No one is to open the corpses of the bosses, untill Alyseria has given the ok, and only than, the person Alyseria tells to gets to open it. (out of the 2 raids we did, nothing got ninja'd or mislooted) 3 Loot Randomizer; Alyseria has made a program dedicated to our Raids that generates random numbers, for when people post, they want an item. This has worked out great so far. 4 Alyseria's Word is FINAL on who gets to loot what. Please do not argue about who won what. We have no say, and anyone who meets the requierments, and puts forth the effort deserves the right to win something. Tatics: 1 All group leaders make a Block Formation. The 3 group leaders should make sure they are within 2km of the other two groups at all times. The main reason for this is because of area shield recharge, will heal all players within their reach. 2 Once a boss spawns, ALL Healers are to start spaming their max shield recharge skill. Even if no one in your group is taking damage. By doing this you increase the chance of the other people surviving another volley. 3 If you die, you need to post in Local/Broadcast that you are Dead, and the Explorers are to find and jumpstart those players. There is a graphic bug that makes it almsot impossible to see if your group memebrs, let alone other players are dead. So please make it known you are dead. 4 Have alot of fun! Following these simple, requierments, rules, and tatics, makes the FB raids a fun and exciting time. Timer: Master is on a 3.5 minute Spawn timer. As we host more raids i'll update this thread accordingly. Our last FB raid we killed the master 40 times in a row. And nice loot was rewarded to most of the raiders.   13. As a pw in live. i used SD ALOT. It disables you from moving/shield recharge/reactor recharge for 1 minute with a 30 minute cool down timer. it did not kill you. The thing about SD that made it useful and powerful was the ability to toggle it. In live, it was heavily exploited by Pw's. There was a 7 second timer after you push the button where it would count down. It was exploitable because once all the mobs that were close to you seen the count down timer, they would run away from you. I used this method to hunt beam/proj users way above my combat lvl, as SD would make them run, and i would chase them down. And since they were beam/proj users they wouldnt shoot back since they were never facing me. This went for ever mob in the game even bosses. just toggle it on and off every few seconds. (my current pw is only lvl 50 and dosent have the sd skillyet so i dont know how it is currently. i spoke wiht a dev about it, to make sure that they knew its a exploitable skill and to watch over how the pw's are using it) I knew poeple in live who would get 2 or 3 pw's together and scare the sacrains (race track by glenn), and make it so their bird always won. Once the gm/devs found out they nerf'd the mobs from running from this skill I personally think, 1min incapicated 30 minute cooldown, no xp debt (no optioned to tow or get jumpstarted), no trade/equipment damage, and take away the abilty to toggle it. (The ammount of damage it does, i dont know because i only had it at lvl 1 in live) Just my memories on how it was in live, and my thoughts on how it should be implemeted without it being exploited like it was in live. Cia edit: there are no missile using mobs ingame that i am aware of, so making mobs run from SD would make pw's untouchable untill mobs started using missiles, sorry i forgot that last bit.

  15. confirmed this is an issue, i was in vt at the weft last night, the je who wh'd me there died as soon as the sector loaded, i spent the next 45 minutes killing cl 36 mobs that were everywhere. they seem to head str8 for the weft. and respawned instantly. There must of been 50 of them last night. Belter formens, belter dans, spore mothers, those dragon things, cl 36 earthcorps fungus, and nagifars. I watched alot of poeple die, as i couldnt get off a shield recharge in time to save them. Cia

  17. confirmed, yesterday's fishbowl raid was a success 3 groups - 135+ hulls. need a little more loot dropping, to make it worth the xpdebt, but was a great turn out.
