  1. I have limited time so I will be adding and editing this as I go. These are MY OWN suggestions and do not represent the community. Please stay on topic and offer respectful criticism if commenting what you do/do not like. Forgive typos or auto fails I'm typing this from my phone. Some of these ideas will be undo able due to the client, take to long to do, or be plain BAD ideas. That's fine. I'm just trying to improve the game any way I can if the majority likes one or any ideas. If not no harm no foul. Ideas to implement my suggestions would be accepted also. Wormhole: - stay formed while using a wormhole in a group - add a weft location in ragnarok - add a weft location to BBW or Paramis (Option 2: add a quest that gives a device that returns ONLY you to paramis/bbw once per 1-4 hours per toon per day) *think hearth stone from wow* Prototypes: - add a single non game breaking buff to each item for example engines turn rate, weapons weapon damage control etc. - make ALL prototype items analyzable/ build able. These items even at 125% serve virtually no purpose as a 200% PM item is always better and more. The one exception maybe being a level 9 proto shield for cap. They either need buffs or to be build able but not both IMO. Drop Date: - better drop rate on contained voltoi essence - better drop rate on plague bite - better drop rate on both the 7&8 slime shield in VG *Maybe 5-10% for all?* Raids: - add a raid UI window allowing you see the shield hulls and names of each group in a raid to help cross heal and buff. Nothing fancy at first just something working. So if people die, crash, or dc you can adjust accordingly. - add feature to consolidate groups (up to 4 max) into a working mass raid group as mentioned above. Guilds: - better guild bank system allowing all guild members to view/access it with the correct guild ranks in game. Maybe via an NPC. - this may be reaching but a player or guild based achievement system offering tiny non game breaking bonuses as you achieve and unlock more items/objectives. Net 7: - allow a way preferably in game or if not on the net 7 site to consolidate ALL toons vaults onto one master vault type bank page. A way to see every item from every toons vault at once. - add a search box when looking at toon vaults to find items quicker. Crafting: - add a typable search box at the build terminal to find items quicker. - add a color code feature on all manufacturable items in the game. Items you already know green. Items you don't know but can learn blue, and items you don't know but can't learn red due to racial restrictions or it being non manufacturable. Only the icons border would be color coded not to annoy people. - add more custom RD only recipes and builds with appropriate components to support them. *only rd positive players could learn and build these recipes and only as long as they keep positive rd faction. - add one master craft item to each race. A master craft item would be a unique racial item that only that race could create and only for their own race. It would be an item mostly for looks bit with great allure to players. An example being a defenders domouru type stat shield for jenqui that gives the added bonus of a skull shield type skull glow and look around the shield but it can be whatever animation/glow you want. Something that looks bad ass but isn't OP. Make it a giant quest chain like Agrippa or something requiring mass multiple builds and/or components. - add MUCH more exp gain towards level 9 200% per build and remove the ability to gain exp by building say 3000 level 2 beams. (You all know what I'm talking about) and adding some sort of tracker to the game to let us see what our % are at total would be nice. Vs just continuously checking the build % of a level 9 item. - allow the creation of multiple ammo item components at once (similar to the refining terminal method of creation) If I have enough ores for a stack of archos components let me build a stack of a particular component at once vs clicking the button 240 times then another 240 times for a different component. This is brutal on the hands to make ammo for one toon with one ammo type let alone multiple toons with MULTIPLE different ammo types. I often find myself buying vendor more than I make PM ammo due to this factor alone. Quests: - add a quest to create pets or companions. Maybe hunt a mob for an egg then take it somewhere to hatch with required materials or prerequisites. Add a command to turn it on/off on stations. Have it auto follow the player on the station or in space (that doable?) - add a Chavez and RD job terminal one for level bracket 50,75,105, 135, and hopefully 150 someday. Let it give Half exp and half faction gain and 0 credits (unless you want to). Make the faction gain SIZABLE so its a logical alternative to shield inverting 10,000 lowbie Chavez at once. Also frees up hunting grounds for lowbies. - add 1-2 more faction chain npc's (like sun tzu on OMP) one for rd and maybe 2-3 for chavez? Agrippa: -please for the love of GOD simplify agrippa. These quests are more confusing than calculus and down right suck and are a chore and a burden to do. I'm not asking for it to be easy mode. Just make it more clear and understandable what to do and who to see. When people describe agrippa to me i am met with replies like "gay" "lame" "id rather watch paint dry or pull my hairs out 1 by 1 etc" and that's almost everyone i talk to. Its just not fun.I know its optional but we WANT to do it. Atm its just more trouble than its worth for most due to confusion. - please please PLEASE!!!! Remove hull upgrade restrictions for Agrippa. If you have already disregard. If not then please do. Everyone and I think I speak for mostly everyone hates being forced to do content now or they can't do it later. Especially long tedious confusing content. I may be wrong about this but its my understanding if you haven't done the content by 150 you are S.O.L. I'd like to be able to go do ALL the Agrippa content that I can per class freely anytime I want. Skills: - remove or modify the TT skill befriend. Instead of making it a cast able thing make it passive like navigate. Make it so each level reduces aggro gained by 5% from healing only. For a max of what 35% less aggro from healing? This would make a otherwise useless skill useful again allow a TT to heal better in raids and not get one or two shot and still stay true to the lore of the skill befriend. Either make it healing aggro reduction or just aggro reduction from all sources. - modify hacking to land more often. I've tested it and as a 150 TE land 59% or less on a level 4 drone ship. At max level as a master hacker i should be flooding this dudes ship with spam from adult sites and car dealerships and spyware software ads blah blah not getting "error 404 not found" while hacking. It needs to work MORE on mobs significantly lower the same way a master crafter shouldn't be seeing 160% on a level 4 item at level 9 building etc. - IMO environmental shield should add +10 resistances across the board as environmental suits or shields etc generally offer some form of protection against elements. - bio suppression should get a minor buff to hit landing as posted above for hacking. - group stealth bugs a lot and shows some ships cloaked and others not cloaked and its confusing I see this a lot when rally is on also (will submit bug report) Credit sinks: - credit sinks in this name feel badly needed to stabilize the economy. When a big Mac costs me 5 mil there's a problem there. Consider adding faction faction based repeatable quests where you can do say 3 quests a day per NPC to get a unique account tradable token coin (like the progen tokens). Then have a faction vendor who takes the coins in order to unlock the purchase of a certain item. Say you want a pirate flag/skull decal unlock for your ship that's 300 coins to unlock it for your account then you pay 5 mil for the decal per toon. This is the first loose idea I came up with but no doubt the community will have better ideas. That's all I have for now like I said I will update and edit this with time. If you players have suggestions also pm me or post them and I will add them if they are good or a vast amount of you feel the same way. Until then cheers. Tl:DR.   3. Im also greatly concerned about this taking away from content. And i agree with the above posted about raids working fine as they are. Fluff would be nice but it would be a huge question if raids DID go activated how much time something like that would take for them to do. If its a month+ id say no because without new content being rolled out I could see that hurting the numbers of this game in the long run quite a bit. Just my 2 cents.
  4. Would of be possible to code ammo to be created In the exact same manner as ore refinement has? It will create one or rhw total number based off how many components you have say 250 for a stack etc. Is it possible? Would players be for this? Would devvs be for this? I find myself often buying vendor ammo for anything other than boss farming or raids as making ammo stacks 1 by 1 foe multiple toons is insanely time consuming especially when 6 of 9 total chars are ammo users in game.
  5. I agree that the shields are fine as is for 2 reasons. One a JE with the right gear can obtain almost 100k shields as someone said earlier and 2 they are meant to be the weakest combat class by default. With all their skills and talents they are the ultimate support class and as a result should be squishy imo

I can confirm that this guide is 100% accurate and correct from start to finish minus the part about which part to buy the petri dish and all that lab stuff from etc. To visit the correct guy see pakrats post a few up. Otherwise everything was perfect and this saved me countless hours thank you! Took me about 2 hours start to finish with this guide and wormholes. Probably 6-8 without.

  8. I hate EA as much as the next. Era is where good games go to die and I was apart of the massacre that was swtor. That being said even though I hate it for the sake of truthful facts when swtor went f2p they turned it around and their projected earnings this quarter is triple their goal. They are nickel and diming people so bad they're making a killing and have a million new subscribers as a result of f2p. As much as I hate them and want them to file bankruptcy and stop ruining great games for a quick buck when it comes to making money they "get it" and have turned it around. But as the add states as a whole company they are drowning which makes me happy. Although I do wish they would succeed in part so that thousands won't be out of work and their family's ultimetly go hungry.
  9. Uban I'm not in static nor do I neccessaeily agree with their choices or actions. That being said I can tell you hold a grudge against them for whatever reasons. My only point to make and then I'll leave it Alone as not to get off topic and start another flame thread is I feel as an unbiased spectator you can make your point without constantly using bait words like "crying" etc. I know you believed that's what their actions are doing and you may very well be right but right or wrong that kind of stuff just leads to fighting and arguing and back and forth name calling and arguments that get so out of hand half the time you don't even remember the original point of the thread. And that doesn't just go for you but anyone/everyone who would follow suit. Can we please stick to and focus on the actual problems and offer solutions and stop the finger pointing, constantly bringing up the past and obvious name calling and troll bait. Come on guys.... really. ..
  10. I agree I think that as long as a weft has been explored previously like it is for gating that a group should stay in formation by default when worm holing. If players don't want it to be that way and don't want to be in formation they still always have the option to break formation at anytime and accept/decline the wh. As for the issue of macros. Let's be real. If someone wants to macro they're going to find a work around and super easily and you can't stop it. As a former macro designer its to easy for me to set something up to tell my mouse to click multiple formation boxes and form up. Even on multiple clients. Its a bad reason to disprove having this IMO. Not to get side railed and off topic bit macros should be stopped at the SOURCE if people want them gone. Not by continually adding things like pop rocks and field guardians yadda yadda and changing or manipulating mechanics to try and stop them. That hurts leg its more than bottlers cause borders will ALWAYS find alternative means or work arounds. I know this because I myself have done this and very easily. And I am not a smart coder/macro'rr by any means. I'm still for this idea if enough people support it.
  11. I also love this idea on comparison to the current rotation. As far as people worrying about other guilds into the rotation you keep forgetting this game isn't that big yet. And people leave or change to the elite guild every month. I know I did. Based off the fame current growth of new players and how fast they level to even be able to do raids you are probably my looking at quite awhile before any other guilds want a raid slot. Let's worry about what we got right now and cross that bridge when we come to it for future guilds etc. Because that might not even ever be an issue. And I'd it is we can re address it then. I think this idea is great though. My onlyimor concern is someone might fail to report doing a raid or keeping everyone on the loop then all hell breaks out again. I think there should be one person nominated to represent upgrading a thread for all 3 guilds. Someone the leaders tell hey we just did our raid at so and so at this time and days etc and let them contains t the next guild for theirs etc. Like a raid advocate so to speak. Someone all three guilds respects and trusts. "Just an idea"

  13. Shaddex this is semi unrelated but is there ever the possibility to make it so you can create more than one ammo component at a time? Sort of like refining as many refined ores as you have raw ores for same concept but for components for ammos and also the ammos themselves. That way you could just load up say 50 of each component and build 50 stacks of ammo vs 1 at a time over a long period of button mashing? Would that be possible or is that a coding thing they cant do client side or won't do for that matter. I haven't really asked or seen it asked before so I'm not sure and apologize in advance if this question has already been answered.

  15. It was A question I had primarily for farming 60-65s. Eventually though o wanted to give mordana a shot using only my toons via multi boxing since I can multi task like a mad man. My original thought had been PP, TE, JE, JD, PW PS for maximum firepower and sustained damage over time. On 60-65 which takes 30-60 sec to kill generally.

  17. Or couldnt you just for the sake of having a casual debate conversation have a solo JS healer that could combat cloak if they were taking to my h aggro to drop threat instantly? Then you could being a TS which has decent Dps and some nice buffs like afterburners which I believe if I remember correctly gives like 5%dodge chance on all damage
  18. 2 healers? I rarely see groups even needing one outside of a raid with all the deflects and JD psi shields. I'm not bashing your advice just trying to understand why another healer over say a PS for repulsor field or some other damage or group buffs?
  19. I agree pop rock damage is way over powered. Had a level 9 pop last night and it not only took out my 60k shield it did about 20k hull damage.
  20. Assuming you have a 150 of every class in the game all evenly geared with lets say for arguments sake the best non raid gear they could have more or less (I know its open to personal pref). What would be considered the absolute best raid setup when factoring in buffs, total Dps and survivability?. While I know some will pro a lay frown upon this I eventually want to multi box 6 toons and try to solo mordana etc with my own chars etc and am curious which 6 toons would be best. My question is what's the best setup using more than one of the sane class? And what's the best group setup with using only one of each class tops.

Couldnt it be as simple as adding a toggle box like loot ffa allowing you to ask players permission to disable the pop up confirm for wh's and wh them at will etc. They would get a one time pop up box asking permission to let the group leader have full control etc And then make it so it either disables a confirmation to wh all together with that option toggled on or give the host permission to auto accept for them since they declined to do it themselves and give the host permission. As far as them being to far away or waiting for a confirm most people wont wormhole till people are in formation or within 1-2k away. Or possibly you could add a tiny ready box with an X or check mark next to it showing whos ready and whos not. I could see it not being the easiest thing in the world to do but with a tad bit of brain storming it doesn't seem all to hard and rather doable

  23. Would it be possible to add a feature wether toggable or automatic to stay grouped after wormholing? For those of us who run terminal jobs with our own je and multibox etc? I know you don't support multi boxing and thats not the reason you do it but even for raids or a variety of other functions i could see how remaining in formation after a wormhole could be useful/beneficial. Unless there is a specific reason you didn't make that possible upon release to begin with and if so could you tell me why please just out of curiosity?   Otherwise would staying in formation after a wormhole be an option? Its such a minor thing but can be annoying and/or tedious over a long term period and I think almost everyone would be happy with this change but I don't speak for everyone so maybe others can chime in on like/dislike.
  24. I'm not saying mining as a whole or even pop rocks are off as much as I'm saying level 9 ores that go boom are off. I'm talking 100% stricly level 9 ores carbons etc (dont see a problem with gas) its majority wise carbons but ores are off to it feels to me. But like i said only level 9 ores and yes I am mining level 9 roids the majority of the time. I'm not seeing grail water on level 8's and then complaining when it pops. I've been mining it on level 9's primarily and thats where the basis of my stats come from that I posted above. It just seems to me like ive said several times now that there is an increase in pops on non discolored pop rocks that from what im told are pre determined and picked in any field vs being randomized at any given time more or less.   I just was hoping a dev could go to a few primarily level 8-9 fields and focus on mining level 9 carbons and roids only going for the level 9 ores for an hour or 2 and tell me if it doesn't feel off and like somethings wrong to you. I'm fine with risk for reward and random chance etc etc but it's gotten to the point at least for me personal that its so bad lately with over 60% of level 9 ores popping on me that I won't even bother because it feels like im wasting my time trying to mind something already relatively rare compared to other resources just to have them blow up continously the majority of the time. And 1-2 hrs for maybe 20-30 level 9 ores of a specific time in my cargo hold doesn't feel like a good time/reward ratio. But thats just me personally. I'll stick to ammo ores for the time being.
