  1. That's a joke post I think but I am responding anyway...     I think you need to understand that "high level" roids are not there for "low-level" taxi alts to mine. They are high-level ores and has much greater value, credits...    1. you need to risk yourself to get this reward  2. You need to level up to get this reward   You do know very well pop-rocks mean nothing since you can leave them there, warp away or just cloak in 3 seconds.   I understand that it is good for "alt miners" who don't want to level up just to get your Ammo ores & taxi, but it is not simple as that.    - Also allow near by players pull them before you can (leads to griefing , stealing next to you) - Alts / etc. Powerleveling   etc. etc...   Just as it is not different being CL50 / TL 10 / EL 10 (L70) is almost impossible to kill same CL mob just because it has not good shields, reactors or other skills) why should mining be so much easier?   There are entire proffesions for that and lots of explorer mains. Why would lowbie taxi alts compete them in high level areas that they deserve?   I see lots of Adept who didn't even get L30 upgrade inside Legarto hell, mining today, how more easy can it get?    It is no different than asking 1 shotting any mob around without being high level and loot to be spread around... World is not ready for silver plate handed to you...      Sorry, bad bad idea...
  2. Welcome :)   Make sure to download Net-7 Unified Installer. Game setup will not be your main launcher but this :)    And for Windows Vista / 7 / 8, make sure you have run the Net-7 client via "Run as Administrator" setting, or you can set them "compability mode" to XP as in FAQ section of Net-7.org :)   You can check out this thread https://forum.enb-emulator.com/index.php?/topic/2094-new-player-help/
  3. I meant "Server Crashes", not "Gate/Client crashes" :)
  4. Whoever placed NPC clothing designs obviously had very "different" taste, with vendors all blue hair, neon pinks, greens, yellows all clothing where no player can have actually...   :)

    >_>

Anyway the hulk blowsss....     THE END...
  6. Just cleared most of (already cherry picked on ammo ores by others) GP-X18 without a single mane interruption and not a single shot of my beams firing...   Not that I'm proud of it or see it as achievement, it is just I can not see what's the fuss about "crossover" styles...
  7. Well, Zack,   You have an application that is forced to run in *Administrator mode* beside the "client"   *hint hint*
  8. Metal colors does not work on ships, just clothing...   You would use "Glossy" intstead of them.
  9. Just checked indeed there is no skill improvement items for Bio repression. They might be releated skills actually... Indeed it would be nice if Hacking improvement would improve Bio-Supress as well...
  10. Added to wiki   http://net-7.org/wiki/index.php?title=Hull_Upgrades
  11. If EA did disneyland "effects" more bearable, raids would be more bearable :p
  12. Let's start with this...    Simple Google check about macros gives me result of "Gas mining macro" , not anything else why Gas? it is barely used in a few components or ammo with a few exceptions, because Gas mining (due to nature of number of types) takes much lower cargo space and can take more time to fill cargo without docking and there was no guardians in Glenn...    That's why 6 people were banned in a day just for macroing there... (ref: Blacklung)      And about risk vs. reward...    Mobs are there for players in front of their computers, they can see them, they can avoid them (and easily)... Yeah, some macros are designed even to combat them but they will never be good as a player.   Combat vs. Mining analogy seems quite meaningless to me. If that would be right, I would say I'm Level 50 combat but 20 trade / 20 Explore and I want to loot Pitbull Sr. Can you make mobs hitting less? We are talking about L8-9 ores here... And about crossover style, how about we can buy entire Ammo components without mining?    Granted I agree with respawn rate of guardians of any field being really fast (since those are not points where people camp to get combat xp or loot etc.) but seriously ...  Entire field, I counted total of 4 manes... Was that really the fuss about?    In the end, it is not "high level field guardians for every field", it is "high level field guardians for high level fields"
  13. You said it yourself, Level 9 field with L47 manes? Perfectly reasonable...   It is Risk vs. Reward, greater risk greater reward. You might find that kind of challange actually fun at a point.    As far as I know, you don't need to kill guards to mine, there are various ways to stay away from them... (eg. waiting for them to move, mine & run, cloak / powerdown etc.)
  14. As my first post:   http://net-7.org/wiki/index.php?title=Hull_Upgrades   And a quality Net-7 icon for wiki :) https://forum.enb-emulator.com/index.php?/topic/8426-modern-enb-n7-icons-windows-8-tiles/
  15. While my heart is willing such thing, my logic says no...   Quality factor esp. on non-manufacturable items and Quality Decay over time/damage is there for people to encourage people hunting / raiding for better quality items than what they already own... For manufacturable items it is already a type of credit sink for components and paying for manufacturer...    It is for continuity of hunting for them...
  16.   Nope, items decay by getting tow without getting js & repaired  or docking to stations without getting repaired.   In other words, do not dock to stations if you have Structure damage. If you have structure damage in your items, it has more chance that your item will get perma quality decay... Get it repaired by one of warrior classes (TE, PW, JD)
  17. Don't forget item quality decay is there for actually decaying items and forcing players to re-obtain them by either re-killing those mob dropping them / or / re-raid for it (especially on non-manufacturable items), removing them from the game, credits sink was never the problem.
  18.   Let's face it, there is no "RARE" when it comes to "manufacturable" items... What we got here is simple Sundari Lines, Infinity line etc. L9, L8 Chims, L8 Roc's etc. drop only from raids, "rewarding raids", "keeping it rare" , although that's only on paper... In reality, it is not rarity, everyone in guild takes one, then crafter goes for outside world for millions of craft value...   In the end, item never gets rare, manufacturable by tens to hundreds, what it does is not rarity, but crafter monopolies that's all which often is bad for manufacturing competitive economy.    True rare items would be raid only, non-tradable stuff... If you open it to trade, craft or manufture, "rare" term should not really be used for it.
  19. You were not playing this toon for long time I guess...   Once there was a change about all Terran's, about HU mission not upgrading properly and skipped a step and move forward, that's why shipyard asked you a million instead of 300k, because your promotion step was 1 step ahead...   GM ticket explaining situation will solve your problem. Not sure if they will compansate the money, but definitely will get your upgrade.
  20. Noticed when I see bug report with my sentences :p
  21. Due to nature of mission (and mission text) it is a volunteerly one-on-one fight, or should be...   Holmes offers you to take one of his henchman down if you can. Basically henchmen should not call-for-help from other henchmen...    However currently it is not in that state even though they are yellow.
  22.   I remember it same as it is now Emu as well... Can't say I remember duration, but there was always always a pause...    People always giving low level mobs examples, which they forget, they fire slower and because of CL difference they miss a lot therefor letting shield recharge always... I forgot my ship in middile of Luna aggressives today and still alive after 5 hours of sleep... It is not because shield was recharging...
  23. This was how it was in live, correct me if I remember it wrong btw..
  24. It will be nice (and in-line with Live) if players dismantle items (recovered items) to be broadcasted into group chat if player is grouped.   That way other players who want their items rebuild or trying to recover some items from built / looted stuff will be sure if crafter is not lying or not...   eg: Item X having C1, C2, C3 components seeing following messages:   - SiSL dismantled item X and recovered C1  - SiSL dismantled item X and recovered C2   Will make sure group member, C3 is not recovered, failed...
