Unable to update,,invalid character is on my error box..so we cant get updated and log in,,,as bugs bunny would say...HEEEEELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

reached L100 and went to mckellan for HU,,she sends me to luna shipyards as per usual and she said to pay 300k for the upgrade,,,so i went..on the shipyerd it says i had to pay a million,, i said yes anyways,,paid the million but went too station, relogged to see the change , but nothing,,no Hull upgrade. no new wep slot no more boxes on cargo. same as L75..the name of the toon is Athenian,,can anyone help please?  

its been a week now and the login server wont accept my credentials,,Pleaaase someone have a look at this

3 days now and the login server will not accept my credentials,,,i wonder whats the point of a game running if we cant get to log in,,,come on guys,,its only a login server,,,you can do it,,fix the damn thing..you have build a castle and the draw bridge is a problem?...thank you

for 2 days now after a server crash the system comes with an error of not accepting my name and password....waited for the server to come up since last night and as i could make out has been at least 2 reboots but no joy,,,,fix it pleaaaase!!! suffering withdrawl symptoms here,,plus i was in the middle of a trade rrun,,imagine the loss of profit *grins*
