Let's just say that the day they are successful at maintaining it long term, our computers will jump forward to that of Star Trek. ;)

Now that private industry is hitting space, that might be possible sooner than its thought. Just give us the discovery of another planet with abundant usable resources and you can bet we'll have the formation of InfinitiCorp. ;)

You're probably right. There may well be usable resources in asteroids, if such resources could be returned profitably, Hyperia will need to be founded.

Headline: propulsion breakthrough allows profitable mining of asteroids, Hyperia Corporation founded to exploit, EA's collective heads explode.
