I found if I'm getting this message trying to start a second client, it helps to open another program like Chrome/IE in front of the first instance of ENB and then try to launch Net-7 again. When Net-7 goes away after clicking "play", the window focus then goes to the second program rather than back to the first ENB client.

This happens in my VM. The issue could be that it's running in a VM though. =)

When builders were sitting at hundreds of millions of credits, the lost money from manufacturing was a drop in the hat. I wouldn't expect this behavior to continue with the impending wipe. I think most builders will be looking for some sort of compensation until credits are worthless again. The reason was not enough credit sinks to match the faucets. Diablo 2 gold used to be worth something when trading. After enough time, gold was so inflated that players moved away from it and began a barter only system with loot drops.

When I was getting this the other night, it started happening a minute after logging in and then continued every 15-30 seconds for 2 hours at which point I logged off.

I had this same issue last night on my PW. I was getting combat experience docked in Mars from Gleaming Manes in Endriago.

Has anyone been able to successfully run a client on both a main and secondary monitor without an issue related to clicking buttons? If so, can you please post what operating system you have and any modifications made to your client?

Yes, it is set to my active window. Even if I don't open a second client, the buttons still don't work.

I think CCP has done a great job with their exploration system. It would be nice to see something along the lines of escalations in EVE included at some point. Start the chain with a random loot item or a discovered anomaly. Complete a task (light combat, mining, scanning) and collect a hint for the next location. Find the next anomaly and breadcrumb. Each step builds up to the final escalation. Rewards could vary from loot only comps to rare non-trade gear designed for explorers. This could be expanded to each of the class archetypes: heavy combat for warriors and trade/building for traders. The goal would be to get players out and see the systems by adding some dynamic content without the repetitiveness of jobs. I don't know how flexible the engine is though.

I have this same issue. Windows 7 x64 with Mouse lock disabled and all EXE files set to run as administrator with Windows XP SP2. It appears the client it only looking for mouse click events on the primary monitor. Steering and hotkeys all work fine but trying to click any button (inventory, gating, menus, etc) just causes the tooltip to blink and nothing happens. If you move the window back to the primary monitor, you can click normally again.
