[/quote] Here is what my JE has equiped for weapons: 156% GoD, 200% MTL, and 200% DG. Needless to say I to have heard the kill message many times over PW's and TE's alike. Jones did you also take combat cloak into account? I don't remember seeing that in your post.

  4. When you reach 50 the experience from that column is first halved then halved between the remaining 2... If 2 are at 50 then the last remaining 1 will get 50% of the other 2. Hope that is of any help.

  7. Like Terrel said JD is meant to have best short burst DPS... The way it stands now JD is best DPS short burst and in the long run, which should be the PW as it was in live.
  8. My TS failed the L9 and L7 twice, and the L8 once... I don't think they should be given to you persay, but a better chance at printing would be nice. That or have the ability to do the mission again.
  9. Well... Even with the PW getting that full heal from that group sapping sphere, the people that are doing the healing are still doing so no matter what. Just like me they don't notice that full heal from the sap also. For all they know it's their heals that is giving their shields that juice. Having been one of the people in the raids to kill GoBB... It usually takes us about 3 healers and 2 dedicated hull patchers for the tank to survive that raid. Has people done it with less? Yes. Hasn't been us though, and how they do it I have no clue.
  10. Okay... I will say this as rationally as I can. How is getting a full heal of the shields every 21 seconds game breaking? On high end mobs that full heal of the shields gets wiped out in the matter of seconds. Long before the PW can even use the skill again. The only thing that will keep it going is constant heals and hull patches from supporting group members. Like Will stated earlier the group sap is mainly used for the DPS not the actual shield return itself. When you put the timer up to 2 minutes which you stated either in this thread or another, it was pulled out of the air. Anyone who plays a PW knows that when fighting bosses you can't rely on your sap alone to keep you up in a fight. That is all I have to say on that. P.S. To be honest while in a raid I never noticed my shield being completely refilled by the max sap. Kinda busy fighting and taking massive amounts of damage to see it.

  12. Yeah use transfer you will get the actual time... L7 area sap takes a little time to warm up before it goes off... Transfer casts much faster if you have sap maxed out. Gives you a more accurate time on cooldown.

Obviously you don't play a PW, or you would know its 21 seconds on the timer not 14.
  14. Shield sap doesn't make the PW invincible at all... Even when it was on a 14 second timer my PW still died regularly if he didn't have constant heals. The PW was never able to solo any of the raid bosses ever except Troller and GoBB before they were changed. The JE shield leach is more deadly then the PW's sap, but because that replenishes reactor and not shields it will never be nerfed. Nevermind the fact that a few applications can kill a handful of 40 bio mobs very easily.

  16. I can say build weapons is better to have then not have as you will be building a lot of ammo... If you don't mind having to trade them over constantly then yeah I guess it's fine.
  17. Shield inversion does have its uses... It's just not a priority.
  18. You can hold off on engines for awhile as speed isn't your main concern... My PW used a L5 Puk's Wing for a long time...

  21. Well I would rather have shield recharge over hull patch, but that's a trader only skill... I still think they need a better offensive skill then hack. I didn't even bother putting points into it. The illusion skill that Terrel talks about sounds intriguing, but that sounds like a defensive skill. The TS has no problems taking out a mob higher in level then themselves. It just takes forever doing so.
  22. My mistake they made the shield manufacturable... They changed it since I last looked at the database. I may take a look at it now.
  23. If I'm not mistaken the Hyperian shield is non-manu... Which is the only reason I don't use it, because I can get better buffs from devices and what not. Solo combat on the TS is grueling slow just like a TT without shield recharge. I can imagine if they followed the 3 4 5 weapon mount configurations that the Jenquai have. Meaning the TS would only have 3 missile launchers which would make combat even slower. I do believe they need some type of combat skill other then hacking to balance it out for solo combat. As it stands now it is in my opinion the weakest solo combat class. Even though the JE has fewer weapon slots it has a great combat skill in shield leech. Also the ability to use combat cloak helps them out a great deal as well. I had a much harder time leveling up my TS in combat then my JE. It wasn't till I reached cl40 on my JE that I actually struggled to get combat levels.
  24. You can gain levels after you reach 150. You get 1 SP per level after 150. Some people have toons over 200, just takes time and patience.
  25. I have the same problem with my PW... I had originally made it an all gunmetal black color, and tried to change it up later on. It would never change after many relogs. By now I probably paid nearly a million hoping it would change over the period of a year now.
