Please inform the WebDevs via Bug-Ticket and supply this message: ITEM_ID 3814 not found in AVATAR_ID 156568 and INVENTORY_SLOT 4! Not sure what the problem there was, or why you say its from Jayce when avatar id points to Jexkerome. Item 1814 at slot 4 is indeed in Jayce. Try again? JexKerome Posted August 13, 2015 Author Report Share Posted August 13, 2015 I opened the vault frist to Jex Kerome, then switched to Jayce without resetting the form; that must have been the problem. And I didn't try again right away because the error window also said to avoid touching anything in the toon's vault until you guys looked at it. Now I know and the transfers went OK now. Mimir[IS] Posted August 14, 2015 Report Share Posted August 14, 2015 I think the vault mail routine may have a problem. I know that when using the mail function ammo will be unloaded from weapons. While this is an inconvenience it is used so seldom was not a big issue. The latest mailing caused the ammo to be not only unloaded but totally gone...poof! I think you missed my point. When mailing any item (not ammo but you could). All ammo that is loaded on the ship at the terminal is unloaded at completion of the mail process. Not a bit deal, but now not only is it removed from the weapons but also goes to the great bit bucket in the sky. P.S. The last mailing was worm bits and an ore. stevinium Posted August 16, 2015 Report Share Posted August 16, 2015 Yea the removing of the ammo happens any time you use the net7 terminal in stations and do a transfer via the web. If you dont have enough space in cargo, your ammo disappears. On another note, I have been getting these erroneous messages when I log in my JE sometimes. It starts as soon as I login with the installing message but the odd thing is the messages by the server make no sense. Uninstalling things I cant even equip and dont own and installing my current loadout. Heres a couple screenshots.
