Look at the other thread in this forum, it gives the server addy to log in. I'm already at level 6 and with build weapons skill. How ever, DNS will take a while to update so the launcher works off the bat. There are work arounds, but as this is not offically supported i wont give the temp hostname that was set up Patience is a virtue...
