Crystalline Schematics - Terran Scout

I have the build ammo skill to level V but I can't get the Crystal Altar 2 to speak to me .

 

The WIKI indicates:    Build Weapons 5 (have not confirmed with Build Ammunition 5) 

 

So I'm assuming that this doesn't work?

You need to do the required mission https://www.net-7.org/wiki/index.php/Crystalline_Schematics first.

 

NOTE: it may require L5 build weapons skill, I am not sure if it will work for Build Ammo as this skill might not have been in the EMU when these missions were created.
