I have a minor in psychology and i can tell you how true kyp's statement is. my psychology 101 class has a simple puzzle and it goes like this... O T T F F _ _ and we were asked to take as long as it did and write down what came as solution to this puzzle in a piece of paper and submit it to the prof. i am trying to do the same here and asking pps interested in this subject to ponder over what this could be and reply post.... Disclaimer : I got an A+ in (behavioural)psych 101 but almost flunked (clinical) pschy 102 lol...beware...putting your brain to work could cause harm to it.

i was getting ready for my 0830 class and eating away my sandwiches when my brother (who usually went to work at 0430 everyday) stayed late and was watching the news and he was yelling at me what he was seeing. first i thought it was some sort of movie that he hadnt watched but then it all unfolded. we saw everything on the news and were devastated completely. my mom came out yelling watching everything in her tv screen. she was visiting us after a gap of almost 1 year. i was doing my masters in windsor canada and my brother was working at GE plastics in detroit. we thought he could never cross the border again to even get to work. but his fiance was in detroit and called him. i remember faintly that there were rumours that the "Ren Cen" was the next target. i left to attend my class and there the professor announced he was in no mood to teach that day. we were given permission to leave and we did. at the students centre there were some people who were sad, some who were in tears. all because we didnt know how it was going to affect everyone. two days later a friend called and said we had lost a common friend working at one of the trade centres. i told my brother the news as he was pretty close with that fellar. he broke down. everytime i watch that video i remember all these things and it gives me some sort of uneasiness. i hope the next generation doesnt have to watch any such acts of terror whatsoever. tears UmaXX

i wouldnt complain much if this thread has no replies but i was just getting curious and couldnt stop myself from starting a new thread with my complaint. since the new launcher has been implemented i have had a problem staying on the internet. whenever i seem to login i lose connection to the internet itself. it happens more often when i multi-box (two clients in same comp). some days i dont have any problems staying online. sometimes its BAD. i am using an ADSL connection in my office. it is usually on most of the time during day and sometimes all through the night and never do i lose connection if i am doing office work. but once i start login and i stay on for a while...blooooooop....the connection is gone. sometime later the IP is restored and i am able to sign in again but cant say for how long. is it possibly because of some new setup the launcher is running by default? earlier we could tweak our settings and to be honest it was only luck that made the game work for me most of the time. but now i am unable to check or uncheck settings and i am worried if i have to live with this connection issue. it is becoming unbearable sometimes. if some server-side dev can look for a troubleshoot i would be indebted to him/her forever. most of the mob skill are still being implemented. almost all the skills we possess as players are also available to the mobs. different mobs have different skills. for example the fishies like to gravity link players, the birdies are used to menacing players the osteraes in VG also menacing players et al. some mobs (with the help of their group members) use more passive skills like area shield recharge et al. this is the game we are hoping to see in the near future. we need to keep working on the available skills and give the feedback to the dev community so they are able to make it as perfect as possible. some mobs even debuff players making us vulnerable to some form of attack. it is true mobs are able to use the skill but players as such are immune to some effects. but the day when the menace actually targets us and makes us turn our backs and run with our tail between our legs are not far away.... right devs!!?? i usually dont kite even on my PW or my PP. i follow by hitting space bar and i whack the life out of the mob. that way even if the mob is the kiting type they cant succeed. it sure does give a headache after a while. UmaXX
