  4. Yes, looks like same problem is back. I am/was in but once you gate or dock/undock you run into the same handoff problem (or one very similar) that's been plaguing the game as of late.   5. Time out - I didn't see any sides taken, C-Del was just exerting needed moderator authority to request that everyone chill out. For the record I thought the attacks on you were totally unwarranted but now that it's run its course and a Mod has said chill out - I think that's the right thing to do. Chill. Perhaps, even, for those of you with these skills the thread could return to the original topic. It there's anything I can do with my skillset to help, just ask. So - how much Android programming support can a mainframe BAL and PL/1 jockey provide? (See what I did there, try to redirect the hostility into productivity via self deprecating humor?)
  6. No, I rather doubt it - as my name was one of the ones in the loop and I was in game and had been so for a long time.
  7. Just to provide a data point - last night while this problem was cycling on and off I was logged in and talking to another char when she noticed the computer message that I had just logged off. We continued to talk and I, despite rumors to the contrary, was definitely still online. Scanning the computer message (xxxx logged off) chat it became apparent that something was looping and reporting the same chars as logging off - despite no intervening message reporting that they had logged in. What does it mean? No idea, just providing info in case it might be of use to those debugging the issue.
  8. Actually if you access the dbase version via the portal it now makes available all of the builders for any item automagically. For quick personal use a spreadsheet is the way to go. I also still have a nice database tool that was written by a player back during Live; on my list of things to get around to is updating it with my current build lists but just never find the time.

  13. Thanks for the responses, everyone; I'll just hang in there for a few more levels then and head back to the NPC at 35.
  14. Want to check on the requirements for Build Reactor for PP. My char JarodPT is Level 32 and the skill description for Build Reactor indicates a level 30 requirement - yet the designated NPC won't engage in a talk tree with me. Double-checking if the lvl 30 is accurate or a text bug or if there are other pre-req's I need to satisfy first such as Shield and/or Component build. I've talked to each of the respective NPC's for those skills and have those missions but haven't yet completed them (kind of saving skill pts at the moment as the only thing I really want to build with this char is Reactors). I have open mission slots as other than the 2 build missions I have the master Progen mission - so 3 open slots. I have obtained every skill that's unlocked at lvl 30 or below. Thanks.
  15. I don't follow the logic of how doing this makes what you state in the second paragraph happening - nor do I recall any plea from the EnB Team for this. It *is* a stress test and the goal is to create load and find what needs to be tuned/tweaked to accomodate the load.
  16. Simply not true. If you wish I can logon my JE while you are on, group you, and mine low level ore and you will see there's no XP. I'm OK with the low level builds not giving XP - I've just always found it strange that the level of XP granted for even higher level builds is rather low and that there's also no XP when the items are subsequently traded.

  18. Hmmm . . . I see what you are saying. I'm not seeing any of my chars coming up either. FYI - for whenever this gets fixed (most likely about 2 minutes after Slayer sees this thread) unless you are changing the actual .sig format (background or large/small format) there's no need to cut and paste each time if you are just refreshing it to reflect upgraded XP levels. Doing the refresh on the portal side is all you have to do - the .sig will reflect that once you've refreshed the portal.
  19. I could have sworn I'd seen this somewhere on the forums but I'll be danged if I've been able to find it. I'm looking for a list of which stations are giving out which level jobs. Example - F7 has Lvl 135 Jobs, VT has Lvl 75 Jobs, etc. If this is somewhere and my search-fu let me down (again) then just point me there please. Thanks!

  22. OK, a "Friendly GM" has given me the Tokens - which NPC's should I be talking to now? I'm Lvl 80 and at step 8 of 14 of "A Warrior's Promotion". Or will none of this kick in until I hit Lvl 100?
