I find this skill to be too cowardly to use as a Progen of proper breeding... Just kidding! Never used it in Live. Plus, I am too tight on points so my other skills benefit from my not using Power Down. To someone mining though, I guess it could come in handy.

Nice idea, Alessan! Seems fitting and proper to have a Jenquai, Terran and Progen Community Advocate imo. Maybe throw in some Class Representatives too... One for each community?! Have them all meet in a Community-based Council... Jenquai Council, Terran Council, and Progen Council?

To me, it is not about race as it is about lore tbh. Lore Based Guilds. Battle lines are well drawn throughout the galaxy through lore. RD Guilds. Would be cool to pillage space and in a RD ship to boot. Why not have Chavez as a playable faction and guild choice? Economics and politics require conflict and resolution imo. Good guys need bad guys. Just like Terrans and Jenquai need re-education centers and airlock exiting drills.

Have to get 10 Athanor Standard Mounts, 10 Blackbox G12s and 10 Cyclo 50 ghz Modulators. Not impossible (just a matter of hunting, looting, printing and building) but prospecting the raw topaz was waay easier in comparison.

Used a Nostromo n52 during Live. Works great still. The newer model n52te, while flashy and shinier, is not as good imo and not just because it got te in it.

Things weren't so bad once my PP got Projectiles 1 then talked to Zieg and killed CL 3s till I got Missiles 1 and mucho xp. Build Weapons helped me build some MLs and ammo that I looted from the lvl 1 RD Drones. The Cl 6s and 8s were great xp and fun to solo. Kite, kite, kite. A bit of freewarping is usually required at some point for quests and the mission did have a helpful hint imo. My only beef with PP is getting the Menace Skill. PSs have it easy with just having to go to Primus and prospect for a little bit. Menace is awesome and my PP needs it still.

Why do we need a reason to choose one race over another? Why not open up more diverse character building options and gameplay? I like being Progen for the lore but I really hate being pigeon-holed into using Projectiles. Am also a closet kiter and a big fan of MLs. As to the topic, I can agree with Terrans and say leave the kiting to those kiting.

Why not give all races access to lvl 9 weapons?

Open PVP sounds cool. Sector wide. Battlegrounds are just fancy arenas and I hate those. I am down for Racial PVP. If not, maybe make a Pirate faction PVPable. Player RDs vs Player Chavez vs Players who opt in for PVP (players could get "deputized" aka flagged for consent). Cops and robbers galaxy wide.
