Login Server is currently down for all players, which may be the problem. We are all "hung up at the loading screen" currently. And a support ticket may be a better route than posting in the forum IMO. Something to consider, since it is a support thing, not a community topic *shrug* but maybe this is the place, I dunno

With things going "Live" now and more set in how things work, I was wondering if there is a current faction chart that shows the interaction in the factions that are in the game now, both the stated ones and the hidden ones. Here we have [url="http://enb.forlorn-hope.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=55&Itemid=61"]one old faction chart that is incomplete now[/url] And [url="http://home.swipnet.se/Hubba/factions.htm"]another that is more up to date, with the inclusion of the Glenn commission[/url] But neither address the Chavez and their anamosity with the RD and how to go about getting both of them up at the same time, because not all "Pirates" think the same, lol Something more current from The Powers That Be would be nice, Thanks

Well, while empirical, offical imput is nice to get, antecdotal imput may also suffice, when it is all that is offered. And I think Draclina is on to something. I spent many minutes at the "Loading Screen To Limbo" and we may have gotten a false positive on the login count. Makes a bit of sense to me anyway...

Already asked, but if you get a bettter answer, please post here, or there : [url="https://forum.enb-emulator.com/index.php?/topic/7600-earth-and-beyond-is-already-running/"]https://forum.enb-emu...lready-running/[/url] Edit: two things I have found that help are... 1) if you are going to open multiple clients, open the first one and before you stop the "sizzle video" open up all the ones you are going to use, before you actually login to the first one. That way you have no miscommunication between the clients and the server, and works every time, in my experience. You haven't logged into the server yet, so you cant be told it is "Already running". 2) another helpful tip... If you have multiples up and one locks in a loading screen, or crashes and you need to restart it, click onto any other application, besides EnB, then try to start it. That way the startup communication does not look at the client that is already open and get confused or give you attitude! It is not foolproof or 100% but I think it helps. Obviously I am not a programmer, but does that make any sense to those of you who are?

really love that EnBNotifier program in the D/L section of Net7... Tells ya when it is down, or restarting....... Like now Game server takes 18 minutes to reboot, should be up in 10 minutes

For terrans it is integreal to the HU mission, according to MacKellan, and you get a great engine and a reactor recharge device that is real good for terans. I wouldn't pass that up

I create new chars on a regular basis and I just yesterday got the same strange info on a JS i created. I didnt document it as well as ech09, but basically the same thing, combat xp dropped on him without doing anything, like a level and a half over 2 hours of playtime.

Got it done. I am just too used to seeing the name of the person I am to see to get a skill started in my Character Skill description that I didnt ask the NPC's on the station. My Bad i wonder how hard that would be to change? Thanks Terrell

Ooo, more stuff to try.... @ Redoc - I haven't tried that, but as i recall it is iffy for me to get the window to pop back up, and if you have 3 clients open already, it might be a bit of a chore to do.... @ shadrel - I tried your tip and it seemed to be better, making abosulutely certain that I did not press anything that was over a client window, keeping my cursor completely still after pressing play. I got 10 clients open (just for testing purposes), the first 3 on one hit, then no more than 3 tries for the rest of them. Later on I tried it again and had much worse results It took half an hour to get 4 clients up. Apparently my testing can only be antecdotal and not empirical. @ Lot - Ahhh, glad to see that I am not crazy on the repeating popup. As for the orphans you speak of, I [i][b]always[/b][/i] kill them when I have 2 in a row, (we dont need any errant processes mucking about) and still I got 27 that time *sigh*. I did read the rest of your post, very slowly, repeatedly and mouthiing the words for fuller comprehension and I think you might be on to something, if as you say, TB is using the old process you have to review. The phrases that stood out to me are "a bit chancy", "Russian Roulette', and my favorite "Randomly searching for a client by window title means the proxy might find the wrong client to modify!" I realize and appreciate that this effort is all volunteer (Thanks guys! I love playing this game) and I know that not all players Multi Box, but with the cadre of Hardcore players and the availability of multiple and free accounts, there might be a need, at some point down the line, to address this. Yes, this is a tiny, littile thing, but perhaps the powers that be may consider putting it on the bottom of the list. Thanks for all of you that make this happen!

Thanks guys, @ Evermore - Yup, got more than one account and never try to login on the same one twice. @ Zackman - Agreed, not an account issue. If it is a client issue, well then it cant be changed. It did not happen at all during 'Live' I had 4 accounts running on the same comp back then and NEVER gave me that message then, only now in the emulator. Two or Three tries?!? God I wish! My currrent all time record is 27 tries and I STILL didn't login, I just gave up And if it pops up the first time, it seems more likely that it will happen again and again. It is either boom! right in, or a test of wills to see who gives up first. A dozen times or more is not uncommon, and [u][i]the more clients I have open, the more likely it seems to happen.[/i][/u] @ drjeff - I envy you, only a few times If it was only a few times, I wouldnt be writing this @ Lot - Wow! Dude, you know way more about programming than I do. I read that last paragraph about 5 times and my head still hurts. But I kinda get your drift. Clearly, it would take better minds than mine to help with this. This is really not a game killing, or life threatening problem, I just thought there was something I could do to help get in when this happens, perhaps something I didnt know about that would work better Thanks for trying tho Hobbs

Is there any way to get that annoying little popup to NOT popup when you are trying to open up a second client ? i.e. trying to multi-box I have tried many combinations of launcher selections and it seems a bit random as to whether it happens or not. Any ideas? Please
