  1. Im curious why would the Jenquai Seeker get L9 engines over L9 Devices? As a Jenquai i would think that they would get devices. Is this a mistake or oversight?

  3. In another thread CDel said something about moving them, so i assume that it can be done. Just hope it is not server side, but I cant see it being that way.
  4. Was wondering if it was possible to edit my own weapon positions. I know this is not what the original E&B was like but it bugs me that all the weapons seem to hover on the hull, or under the hull. Example is the PW, All weapon mounts hover above the hull and simply for my tastes should be embedded in the hull instead of on top, it looks silly IMO. I know this would be purely cosmetic and no one else would see but I really want to change them, plus the positions on the TT is just plain silly..... Please Cdel or any other Dev can you tell me were this file is and whats it called? Once im done I plan on doing screen shots and pasting the file here on the forums.

  7. Im actually surprised none of the Dev's have not noticed this problem yet. If they have why have they not said anything, been what, 2 hours or so since the login server went down?
  8. Joy, The one character I did have on crashed to login, which of course is not working. Any Dev's out there know whats going on?
  9. Yes I think it is, got a character online now however my second computer cannot log in. Keep getting the "Connecting to Server" message.
  10. TB was playing with BBW by resetting the sector and Mobs. Saw that and knew the server was going to go poof.
  11. If you crash to login generally I recover Jobs, however if you crash to desktop you loose all jobs that you had.

  13. Dont know if you have seen the threads about this and the Dev/GM's in General chat saying it as well but they have said more than once that they are tweaking the mob's AI's and stats. According to one of the DEV's, (Dont remember which) Have said that there are about 2000 mobs in game if not more, and each one has to be worked on one at a time. Same person also said that it takes about an hour to two hours to tweak that mob, then times that by 2000+ mobs. Its getting worked on but its taking time. As for the player skills and other stats that too is being worked on and tweaked, I have seen a few of these changes, one is sap for the PW, the recharge time was increased, and damage decreased.

[/quote] While true these people do obviously know what they are doing is wrong, I think banning them is too harsh. I do think there should be some sort of punishment for the original person that found out how to use this exploit and then pass it onto others however. Banning no, Punish yes. Just be thankful that they did not cause more harm than just login lag. (That we know of)

For L7 beams PM there are plenty of choices im sure. Example: [b]Soulfire[/b] Unique 2 sec reload Effects: Increase shield Cap(6300 base) Turbo Beam At the moment I do not have many Beams mapped because i hardly deal with Jenquai except in guild but I would be willing to build ya the above with no problem.
  17. Cockpit and ship changes involve mods to the game, not real easy to change mind you, ive been toying around with a few things and they dont seem to work that well. IMO the games client is kinda stingy lol, But ill tell ya I dont give up easy.

We have a ton of people in our guild and probably 2x that in alts, Would suck to see this, especially if your looking through the guild roster to find out if there was any new recruits. I personally do this and try to get to know them, help them with anything they may need, and make sure they are geared for the current gear they should or want to use. Would suck to have a new one drop off and not know they were in the guild and not get the help they need.

    Number 1 is currently being worked on. Number 2 has been suggested and more than likely not going to be brought in until after the game has been finished. Dev's have shown they like this idea, but at the moment is too complicated to implement. 3 and 4 I do like, not sure if anyone has suggested this and would help alot to Guild leaders and Officers.
  20. From what Ive personally been told energy leach dont work more than 20-40% of the time. Some Mobs will have energy while most wont, it has to deal with the Mobs not having a proper reactor coded in. Until this is fixed all the JD's I know have called this skill forward because it just is unreliable at this time. I believe that one of the Devs was toying with a code to bring up a number of how much reactor energy a Mob had, similar to hull and shield, and it brought up a huge number, like 500k power available to the Mob at the time. So again the reactor numbers for the Mobs are not coded correctly and I wouldn't expect leach to be reliable till then.

  23. TB what im saying is I lost stuff today not an hour and a half before my first post. What Im wondering is, was this fixed after I lost my items in my vault or before it happened? If it was before I lost stuff today, then the bug still exists, if it was after then cool i wont worry about it.
