Games hangs after few minutes

I have been having this problem since last week Wednesday and today its totally out of control. At this point I can only play for a few minutes before the games freezes. Example; pick up a combat job at OMP and when I get to the first nav in Glenn the game would freeze before the mob is even dead. Another example; je leaves OMP station and wormholes to Endriago, mine one roid and game freezes.

I have tried on 2 different machines and the problem is still there, any ideas or suggestions about this?

Are you using static IP  within your network?

If not try it and see if there is a change.

I am using 2 modems, iburst and Vodafone both wireless and they automatically assign a different ip everytime I connect. I can't change the ip, but I have never had this problem before and thanx for replying  :)

So you have a wireless modem?  Is there any way you can test your setup at a friend house using a wired connection on a laptop?

 

There has been some hangs experienced recently, but it is only during warp, and nothing similar to what you have described in the OP.  If I were you, I would test the connection first.

Unfortunately I am unable to test at someones place, will do a clean install and let you know how it goes.

It is bad to test it now, because there are new problems introduced with yesterday's patch.  Just make sure that you check all LHS boxes and uncheck all RHS boxes in the launcher.

Turns out I didn't need to do a clean reinstall, just uninstalled and reinstalled the net7 launcher and went through the update now everything is working smoothly, not even experiencing all the problems everyone is complaining about.

I managed to play for approximately 2 hours with just one crash, je managed to mine a lot of brood oil and jd gained 2 levels doing combat jobs.
