looking for some help on new windows 7 rig

Hash is a method used to check the validity of data (by "hashing" it into an intermediate form).   In the old Unix, hashed values of the password are stored on the Linux PC in plain text, and is used to check the correct password, w/o revealing what it is.   In your case, it appears that your install is corrupted.  There are a few things you can try:

(0) Make sure that the client IP address is correct.  I don't have access to the codes, but this may be used as the key to decrypt the data.  Also check the date and time of your PC (Some encryption use the time on your PC as one of the key to encrypt the data).

(1) Uninstall and re-install

(2) Try to renew the Certificate (from the Help button in the Net7 launchapp).  The Certificate is the encryption key used to encrypt/decrypt the data sent from/to the server.

If everything does not work, look for a ZIP file from dgvol and install it as mentioned in this thread:

Hope this works for you!!!
