Bluebull
Noticed this happening this morning. I try to log in. I enter my password and press accept and BOOM! Net-7 closes. Is there a fix for this ? Can someone please assist me?
Zinlu
What's your operating system? Tried any of the settings/fixes in the Technical Support and Common Fixes FAQ ? I don't recall seeing it in the FAQ but there's more than a few threads that say to try deleting the global.th6 file located in ...\Earth & Beyond\Data\client\mixfiles\ If the global one by itself doesn't help, try deleting all of the .th6 files, this is what I have to do on my Vista machine whenever I log in. Bluebull
I force updated it and changed from windowed mode to full screen and it seemed to fix it
melltillis
I had the same issue with the CTD after entering my PW. I Checked run as admin and compatibility options and cleared the output folder. This did not solve the problem... I found this post and deleted the global.th6 file and it loaded fine. I have this probem with my laptop running vista often. You may want to add this to your support docs and a fix for this issue. Thanks for your hard work and I am enjoying flying the friendly skys again Mell
paul [BT]
Crashing after you hit enter on you password can be fixed by deleting the global.th6 file. For me this file is located here: D:\Earth & Beyond\Data\client\mixfiles\global.th6
