How cool would it be for the Jenquai Seeker to be able to use

level 9 Projectile Launchers?

Who's with me ! The Range would be nice and the Hold size makes it nice..

Doubtful, since Jenquai don't get L9 PLs.

What I would like to see, w/r/t weapons, for all races and classes, is more choices in equipment in their primary racial weapons, as well as more inrace support (as in equipment) for alternate weapons.

As it is now, alternate weapons are a novelty for most players, levelling an alternate weapon requires 28 overdings per weapon, and there is also the issue of getting support for those weapons, in terms of buffs to range, handling, turbo, etc. For a Jenquai there is the issue of most of the items that buff Projectiles being of Progen manufacture and therefore Jenquai restricted. Nishido, or some other company that makes items that are Jenquai usable that will give the buff to PL range that doesn't require additional sacrifices, since you're already using a L8 weapon, that would help.

If you're a PL running Jenquai, regardless of profession, you almost have to get a HoDO reactor to be effective. HoDO gives you the turbo, and a boost to both beam and projectile range. It doesn't have the level of performance, in terms of cap and recharge, that a Cygnus 9 has, but it's not too bad of a sacrifice to make. By comparison if you use an Ichor cannon for PL range boost, you can only do one type of damage, Chemical. If you use a V'rix modded Posedin, you will have a high sig. More choices for the PL range buff might make them a little more popular, but more will be needed to see more than a few people using PLs on a Jenquai.

It's trading off some DPS and adding ammo costs, for more range. It's a matter of player choice whether or not the tradeoff is worthwile.

TBH, I'd prioritize more variety in racial weapons, at L8 & L9 first.
