kane3162
.NET Framework 4 - WebInstaller: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992 FullInstaller: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=0a391abd-25c1-4fc0-919f-b21f31ab88b7 Visual C++ Redistributable (2010) - x32 aka 32Bit: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=a7b7a05e-6de6-4d3a-a423-37bf0912db84 x64 aka 64Bit: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=bd512d9e-43c8-4655-81bf-9350143d5867 * The web installer simply gets the files from the web, the full installer already has all the files, some peoples Internet are slower or react harshly (due mainly to ISP intervention) to larger files, the web installer simply downloads the same files included in the full installer but in bits and pieces to ease the stress on ones connection. The Visual C++ Redistributable doesnt have a publicly available FULL Installer sadly, I have one in my MSDN, but I wont be giving that link out!
killie
Strange, I just got that error too. I don't see why because I have Visual Studio 2010 installed which includes both .Net Framework 4 and the C++ Redis. However, downloading and installing the C++ Redis cured the problem. Isn't it simply a one-time error? Without changing anything if you quit and relaunch Net7 Launcher, the error doesn't come back, at least not until the next time a patch occurs. Yes; I think this happens because the version number of the launcher gets changed, which causes it to create a new XML settings file, and the launcher doesn't handle it too gracefully when it tries to load the window position from that new file and can't find the data it's looking for. One time error then not any more.
