Should "forgot password" be working?

Don't know if I've forgotten passwords or they're just not working but either way can't log int to my accounts, or at least not the ones I want to.  When I do the forgot password option I never end up getting an email to actually reset my password like it says.

you can change your own in-game passwords on eh net-7.org page under the account tab (you must sign in the net-7.org page  use the account tab, avatar setting selection, verify the account your working with is selected on the avatar settings section if the page then go down to the reset password section and fill out the form,

There was issue with sending email from portal.

 

Its now resolved and "forgot password" function works again.
