Sheduled server restarts

Heya everyone!

We added some magic and unnatural code/mechanism to the game server, so it will restart automatically every tuesday morning 7am server-time...whatever that is in your zone

So yay to "no more 600+ hours culprits".

Note, the restart is unattended, so do NOT start any raid around this time because there will be noone to interrupt the shutdown sequence.
Also make sure you log off BEFORE(!) server goes down so all your belongings are dumped to the DB.

Auto-server restart, so yeah. Btw, server time is US Eastern time zone, same as New York.
