Perhaps it's your ISP's DNS. There are two easy ways we can test if you are resolving the server's addresses correctly:
In the Net7 Launcher, go to the Help menu in the top right then select "DNS Lookup" and report the results here.

Try running "nslookup sunrise.net-7.org" in the command prompt and report the results.
It may be as easy as changing your DNS to one of the public DNS services such as Google's
