It really depends on the game and how the developers created it. Earth and Beyond's UI system is largely hard-coded into the client and as such most things can only be altered by modifying the client directly.

There are two easy ways we can test if you are resolving the server's addresses correctly: In the Net7 Launcher, go to the Help menu in the top right then select "DNS Lookup" and report the results here. -or- Try running "nslookup sunrise.net-7.org" in the command prompt and report the results. It may be as easy as changing your DNS to one of the public DNS services such as Google's
