  1. After your last hull upgrade mission Tokens will become useless when the new content is pushed over. Tokens are only intended to support content between your 3rd hull upgrade and up to your last (6th) hull upgrade. This content then will unlock further high-missions in the game, each stemming from the token mission unlock. Capture the Cargo is the current mission that you will need, and currently it is open to all. After the new content is pushed over, only players who have done the Token mission line that requires you to have a certain level of shields equipped will be able to select this mission. Requirement: See Var, be able to equip Level 6 Shields. Have a Token. Be at stage level 100-135 To recap. Tokens should be used between HU 50 and HU 135. Tokens beyond this can be traded in for cash or traded in for an unique token. This will be implemented and is as intended after next update of content. I've just got to code some missions to cater for the HU 75 range of skill requirements.

  3. Anyone here with the problem ask for removal of that mission ID. There is no other reason why you shoudn't have it. It is a simple fact that you have 'completed' this mission ID in a previous incarnation of the mission.
  4. FYI: Mattsacre and anyone with problems: Request removal of mission ID 256 from your log, it may currently have the completion flag of "Completed" and not "Completed and Repeatable". From what I understand speaking to the coders even though the mission is "Completed and Repeatable" if you have a flag set to "Completed" on the mission you will fail to obtain it. 256 is the Mission ID for this mission. If this has fixed the problem, please post below.
  5. Stage I does rely on inter-class dependancy to go down the various mission trees. Certainly to complete the missions you will need players to provide items that they have made. This is intended, to provide some means of interractive play. Stage II is going to be 2 missions, and not requiring any knowledge of stage I or any other class. This is where the items developed in stage I become made for the mass market, but may be 'nerfed' compared to some of the stage I items.. Stage III takes items from stage I and II and again you are streamlined along 2 missions. It is only the first part, stage I where the group is. Then again, if you don't do stage I you will be unable to do stage III.
  6. Mattsacre The topic is about "Agrippa Technology" builds only. Agrippa Technology is intended to be player interraction / group or guild related Progen content. This has been the case since about 3 years ago. However, if you do not want to do this, then don't do the missions. They are not compulsary by any means and are unlocked using those Mission Tokens. Agrippa Technology protects the progen component parts by creating inter-class reliance. This means all Progen Classes retain some usefulness in their Builds. Be advised, Gratis Augustus Var has requested that although the Collegia can create the 'large or bulk items', He has enforced the more specialised ammunition construction by his warriors. Stage I: initial research (Token unlocked) - This stage is reliant on different classes working together Stage II: (Future): Research opened up to invited skilled researchers (Progen via Symbol of Loyalty). This is the reason for it being awarded and asked to be kept. BB is just in as a 'placeholder'. Stage III: (Future) Only open to Progen who have gone through stages I and II So, you'll get to see stage II gear which will be toned down compared to stage I or III. If you choose to go that route. Item Levels: Stage I: I - 5 Stage II: 6 - 7 Stage III:8 - 9 Note, items of stage I will not feature in any of the builds in stage II but may feature in stage III.
  7. Correct: Currently Memnon has no faction on him - not a problem 1. Symbol of Loyalty must be in your ship 2. You must trade it over to him However, may have located the problem... and it isn't one of my missions! There is another mission currently in game and it loops. It is active for all players as the talk loop for this character. It has access level above normal player, so everyone with a higher access (including betas) will only see this mission. Checking with other C-Devs as to whoes mission it is. (Just changed end of it so it won't repeat the conversation. If this fixes it then a reload of missions would be required on play server)

Version 7.1 Currently on Play: - This mission currently is open to all Players with the requirements: - Progen Only (well not all players then, only the rightous and just Progen, slayer of Jenquai and the hunters of Terrans) - Combat Level 50 - Basic Progen Optional Mission Token (Must be present in its converted form, see NPCs Arx Magister) - Max Hull level I say currently on Play, as in Version 7.1 ========================= All players have to initiate missions by either talking to a npc or being by a nav point. Fortunately, missions spawning on you when you have 5% hull remaining anywhere in the game cannot be coded.
  9. Capture the cargo requirements are (currently on play), Version 7.1 - CL 50 - Basic Progen Optional Mission Token - Max Hull level - Progen Stages are: 1. Talk to Gratis Augustus Var 2. Go to PAX Decima Gemina, give them the B.P.O.M.T 3. Kill the Awakened Genetic Cargo 4. Go back to PAX Decima Gemina and Talk to them 5. Go back to Gratis Augustus Var and get your Symbol of Loyalty as a reward. It doesn't award XP, credits, faction or anything else. If you do not have the B.P.O.M.T. in your cargo on stage 2/5 the mission will not advance. You are unable to recieve a 50m token anywhere on this mission. Please note, this mission was opened to all Progen to give a chance to see what bonus missions were available on the B.P.O.M.T missions. This mission will be brought back into the fold of bonus mission on a B.P.O.M.T. mission tree requiring the ability to equip a certain level of shields and to have done the mission available between hull level @ 100 and before the final hull level. Version 7.2 will therefore become unavailable if the mission that spawns it is not in your log the next time there is a content push. This is intended, as the B.P.O.M.T missions are intended to release high level content later on. B.P.O.M.T for mission uses will eventually be useless once you have passed the last hull upgrade.

  11. Glowing sphere is a mission based off the 135. Seek out another mission. Var / Memnon is the current one for BB. I say current as Memon will be running out of BB in next couple of months.

  13. Well the spawn time in seconds is set to 2^x for the genetic cargo mobs although 2^1 may be a little overkill... New awakened cargo mobs i'm introducing at 2^9 seconds or the RAM Size of my PC when I played this game in live, but that'd be subject to change depending on how nasty the mob is. Tweaking really so spawn times of the Genetic Cargo mobs should not be treated as fixed at this moment in time.
  14. Correct the spawn time of this mob has been increased by an amount of a power of base 2. All Genetic Cargo mobs (note it will have further defenses) will spawn to a power of base 2 due to cell multiplication. The antibodies may be reduced in their spawn time.

  16. Actually Seeker, for you you currently will be able to get a shot at doing capture the cargo as requirements are: 0. Have Mission Token. 1. Go to var (Arx Tiberius): Shooty Shooty nasty CL 66 2. Go to memnon (Primus Planet): Do what he wants. Of course when Skill Missions are completely put in, Capture the Cargo is an example of a high-level bonus mission which will look for you having completed one of the Skill Token Missions in your log. People not selecting this Skill Token Mission won't be able to do Capture the Cargo. People completing this Skill Token Mission will be able to do capture the cargo without any requirements for Tokens, as long as they have the required skill at a required level. So why open it up this way? Because slowly I'm creating a little raid zone in Lagarto that should require a battleplan. Mobs should prove challenging (Awakened Genetic Material), and although for 2 months these have not fired back, I'm reliably informed soon they will overturn this obstacle.
  17. Correct you have no token. The Gas mission is a temporary mission where you obtain the brimstone gear in exchange for your Symbol and some gas. It does not reward anything else. It does not reward a Mission Token. To obtain a mission token you need to either purchase an Advanced Token at high cost from the Trade Vender or get a player to convert 3 of their mission tokens to 1 Advanced Token (they must be level 135+ to do this). When you receive the advanced mission token you take it to the respective NPC in Arx Magister named after your Progen Class to convert to a Mission Token (via the help of the Signifier Tubicines). This mission token then is needed to be taken to Var on Arx Tiberius to obtain the repeatable mission "Capture the Cargo". Currently the mobs are not firing back or using skills, hopefully I've fixed this now and players should treat this area (if successful) similar to 'raid' zone.
  18. Muhir: For a month it gave a token, this was a temporary measure to introduce high-level players to tokens. No mission will now award tokens apart from the Master Promotion Mission. However, happily there is now another route for players. Capture the Cargo (Currently) is a Repeated Mission. It (Currently) requires a Mission Token to obtain. It Rewards a Symbol of Loyalty. Arx Magister has a Trader who will sell you a Tradable Unique Token for (currently) 50 million credits. Convert this token (when brought, as GMs no longer need to give them out to players above level 135) using the special NPCs. Then go and see Gratis Augustus Var to initiate Capture the Cargo. Complete Capture the Cargo (soon you may well need friends because I may have wakened up the mobs) to obtain the Symbol. Requirement: CL 50, Final Hull Level, Give Symbol to start the Brimstone Mission. ----------- Eventually Capture the Cargo will be the 'High Level Bonus Mission' on from the level 100-135 Token Mission requiring Shield Skill (6). Expect it to require Shields (9) for Capture the Cargo. Thats not build shields, thats Equip Shields. This is just advanced heads up, this change is not done yet. This will mean that until you are able to equip level (9) shields you will be unable to do the repeatable mission for Capture the Cargo in 3-4 months time. On the plus side, as it will require an earlier mission that is unlocked with a Token, Capture the Cargo will just be able to be repeated without any tokens. This is the aim for all Token Missions. Each mission will eventually unlock high level content but only if the skill is also at the high level. The NPCs with Nota in their name in Arx Magister give the starting Token Skill with Levels. Each of these will eventually give rise to additional high level content. Just don't expect vast experience rewards, these are secondary content to the main storyline, and will be fairly restricted in rewards.

Temporarily to assist the high level Progen players who want to do Capture the Cargo before the Brimstone guy runs out of his supply of weapons, the Advanced Tradable Unique token will be selling at Arx Magister: (Server restart required). Cost: 50,000,000 credits. [ 50 million credits] This token can be converted into a basic mission token for the purpose of doing the mission. It is a quick fix while code is being looked at on the Promotion mission. PS. Any race will be able to buy this token, but only progen players can use it. PPS. You won't be able to trade it anywhere else for any credits. It is worthless to all NPCs, and it is not intended to be sold once the Mission is working fine. PPPS: If you see Skill Required: " " YYYYYYYYYY at ZZZZZZZZZZZ it is giving you a head up as to what skill will be required to do a mission in future, but this mission is not yet in the game.
  20. Its awaiting code fix, you have to resort to old fashioned methods (ie obtain token from someone else). However, don't worry because there are very limited missions currently that you can spend the token on. The mission is currently looking at your hull level and then will eventually when the code is working automatically advance that stage of the mission when you have passed that hull level. Trying to do (with the help of Code-Developers) [Hull Upgrade Done] - Separated from Promotion Mission so all hull upgrades can be obtained to get you to maximum level in emergency [Promotion Mission] - Separated from Hull Upgrades so different hull upgrades may be possible depending on the path you take. [Hull Upgrade Done] [Promotion Mission auto advances] - Reason: Promotion Mission waits for the status of your hull level to increase. If you loose the promotion mission at any stage then it could be reassinged and bumped past all the stages to where you should be. It also allows diversification of characters who may be on different paths to allow different hull upgrades. The Promotion mission will simply look at your character's hull level and decide if to advance. [Concept] Rather than [Hull Upgrade Done] [send message to Promotion Mission] [Promotion Mission advances this stage] - Reason: If Promotion missions was to get deleted, then to get past a stage that required you to do a mission to send a message to the Promotion mission to update a stage would become complicated. This could be done for a linear and not very many mission game.
  21. Its done that was so people have 'advanced' warning of the required skill/levels for doing Tokens. Nothing initially will be uber.. ... just these Token missions will unlock the higher level 150 missions. Capture the Cargo will become a High Level Bonus mission from a Level 100-135 Token option. Which means it will not require a token to do or repeat.

  23. Known issue. Awaiting code fix ... at least it advances. The code that needs fixing is the code that "waits until the hull level has been aquired" so basically currently it just jumps at that stage. Once the code has been fixed then this will work as intended. On the plus side, you get your tokens.
  24. Depends, There are limited choices for you at the moment. All missions in the game are visible at the NPCs in Arx Magister in the Drinking Area. Missions are being created but don't expect straight away. Oh if there is a YYYYYYYY at ZZZZZZZZZ or something similar take it as there being no mission yet.
  25. The Privateer HU is separate from the Promotion Mission. This has not been changed for 3 months so others have got past it fine. I'll have a look at the mission information to see if something innocuous may have been missed. The Promotion mission for the Privateers is not their hull upgrade mission. It only lingers as a level 10 Hull Upgrade for the Warriors and Sentinels (it will likely be hived off later on to keep the hull upgrade different). Stage 2 of the Promotion States: "Advanced on completing your level 10 Hull Upgrade Mission from Imperator Brook on Arx Bursa (Mars Gamma)" Looking at the missions the following mission awards your hull upgrade: The Missing Transport 4/4 [Version 3.0.P] This is the one where you have to destroy the red dragon freighter, now after returning to Imperator Brook, you go to mars, talk to kerr and then go to the shipyard. If you have had problems ask GM ro remove this mission for you to reattempt. Apologies if any typo is done here, it seems I tend to post replies at 01:30 am in the morning.
