maxiel
Hi guys, Really hope you have some nice ideas to this. Let me try to explain: I have always had the issue of a popup telling me: "Client already running" when I try to log in a second client. It has been on an off, and abit random. In Beta there were less popups for some reason, or they started at the attempt of a 3rd of 4th client. I will show you an example of my attempt to log in a second client today: When I tried the first client, it immediately closed on pressing enter after password, so I went ahead and deleted all .TH6 files. I've logged in the first client, and try to log in second. [attachment=2140:1.jpg] 14 attempts later, with "Client already running" I finally get a login access. [attachment=2141:2.jpg] When I entered password and pressed enter, client closed. 12 more attempts, and finally got a second try to log in. [attachment=2142:3.jpg] Since last attempt closed the window, I decided to delete .TH6 files, although I still have one client logged in. [attachment=2143:4.jpg] Now I just hope one of the clients dont crash at a gate, or the server goes down. Would appreciate any tips to this, as I know some people does not have this "Client already running" issue at all. Best regards Maxiel
Harros
I found if I'm getting this message trying to start a second client, it helps to open another program like Chrome/IE in front of the first instance of ENB and then try to launch Net-7 again. When Net-7 goes away after clicking "play", the window focus then goes to the second program rather than back to the first ENB client. Kyp [LDEV]
Or you can run the alternative game client under different user credentials in windows. This was one of the ways they discouraged multi-box folks in live. (We can't take it out or modify the client, so you're left to workarounds)
shadowxsx
I see this happen occasionally, usually after a few tries i get the alt account to log in without an issue. For me it is an occasional issue with more success of multiboxing than failures. It usually happens most to me when I gatecrash the end task and try to go back in than initially multiboxing.
