Account Access Denied

Hello all,

I have created a mule on one of my accounts and made a team vault out of it.
Later i decided to make a new account through the portal and moved the toon to this new account.
Now i try to access this new account but i'm getting a user/pass error.
I can view the toon just fine in the portal, actually changed its accounts password, but i'm still unable to login to this account through the game client.
I made a ticket and Sneak responded that all is well on his end and i should just post here.

Account is allfishingcomps
Master account is Efialtis

There is no such game account.
Are you sure you've created a GAME(!) account and not a forum account?

Account name is

I changed the account name to
[b]allfishingcomps[/b]

When i try any of my accounts i get error "Sorry, Your login does not appear to be valid. Try again using the default launcher;). i tried jade312 linas08 linas09 vytislinas75 non work?
But i can logon to Net-7 fine?
