server not responding

First recommendation would be to reboot and/or log out and log back in to Windows, also make sure you can open a command prompt and ping / tracert to www.net-7.org and get a response. Sounds like something is interfering with the SSL ports, perhaps another program making use of it.

Prototype reorder needs marked, before you get in game,.   Also Check your local IP  just to make just its correct
