Have you tried resetting your updates by clicking "Launcher > Reset Updates" and then "Launcher > Check for Updates"? This may help you around it. From the message, one of the files doesn't match our server manifest. If the hash is invalid, the patcher can't use it. I've not heard of many others experiencing such problems, do you run your Launcher in Admin mode? It's always recommended on a vista or win7 box at the least.
