When i attempt to talk to her she talks about " I know you are here to find out about the gates to other galaxies. They are down due to PSI's etc. Your security clearance is not high enough." My character Swagger is level 50. initially when I went to Mackellan for this mission I had to repeat the lvl 30 upgrade missions. Hope this is enough info.
