Good Fortune L8 device

I have a Good Fortune device on 2 toons. I was wanting one for my new toon.  I searched the database and it seems to not exist.  I can't find any reference to it at all anywhere. What mission give those as a reward ?

See space npc Captain Ghing SHih in Akerons Gate.

 

Currently the item is showing as "hidden" on the database

 

Please note that changes / fixes may be delayed until we have a dev server up and running to test changes before pushing them to the play server.

Maybe to late but here is the mission info from back in 2013 if it helps. i dont know if its changed, been awhile since i did it. maybe it will help someone!

This mission is for the lvl 8 Good Fortune device which deflects explosive, energy, plasma and psionic by +30 it also gives 25% critical targeting.

Talk to Alexander von Humboldt on Margesi station in Margesi sector which is located in Proxima Centauri system. He is located on your right when entering the lounge area. 
To accept the mission click on top chat line talking about his missing coin. 

1/9 Discover who stole Alexander's Coin (The person you looking for is in Akeron's Gate and she is named Captain Ching shih and located at coordinates X: 94.13 Y: 167.20)

2/9 Defeat the Red Dragon Guards( there are 2 lvl 52 guards that have elite name in them, there shields are about 350k and hull is about 280k if need be bring some healers or more dps)
*sidenote* * when you talk to the Captain the end of dialouge spawns these 2 RD's right in front of you so be prepared*

3/9 Speak to Captain Ching Shih again.(when done killing the 2 lvl 52s)

4/9 Return the Lucky coing to Alexander von Humboldt.

5/9 Find the rare Coin Collector.(The Coin collector is located in the bazaar area in Prasad station, xipe totec. His name is Jassim Teranson.)

6/9 Travel to Paren Station, and find someone who can unlock it's potential.(you will talk to Ayako Ravenlock and she will request 2 Gold, 1 novaclear gemstone(nova dust refined) and 1 water(you can buy this at F7 from Anveryn O'Connel, Green Vendor.)

7/9 Obtain the items Ravenlock needs to unlock the coin's potential: 2 refined Gold ore, 1 Water, 1 Novaclear Gemstone.

8/9 Bring the Sealed Package to Alexander von Humboldt.

And when you finish you recieve the coin which all classes can use, its not tradable and its unique.
