Lattimer
I am having a problem where I enter my password, click next, select my character, click enter, I get the sector map loading screen, then end up back at the login. When this starts happening, it has taken upwards of 20 attempts to actually get back into the game. Since I am also having a problem where I get kicked to the login screen when I try to change systems, land on a planet, dock at a station, undock from a station, leave a planet, etc. it can end up taking an hour just to get back to where I was. Is there anything I can do on my end to eliminate this problem? I would really appreciate some help with this. I have performed a complete uninstall and reinstall, and I have had no improvement. Lattimer
I manually installed the certificates, and this particular problem has lessened. However, I am not having a number of other repeating disconnect errors. This is the relevant part of my net7 log file: 21/02/10 23:49:47 >> Login check: Login OK 21/02/10 23:49:51 Sending StartAck to Server 14076 21/02/10 23:50:23 ---> Server handoff 21/02/10 23:50:23 Received Master login confirm, new UDP port is 3635 Avatar_id = 1073755900 21/02/10 23:50:23 <server> Master Login received - UDP sector port: 3635 21/02/10 23:50:23 >> Commence Login check 21/02/10 23:50:23 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have whitelisted EnB on my router firewall. My computer specs are as follows: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ (2.21 Ghz) 3.00 GB DDR2 GeForce 8800 GTS Cable internet (wired) Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
bondct
please dont do that... the odds of it being your router imo are like omg... there was a patch today and others with 64bit win7 reported disconnects... some of them said they turned off packet optimization and others said they told enb to run in winxp mode... I would suggest resetting your router back to the way it was and try some other ideas... imo you just are having some bad luck at this point with a patch on the day u actually fix ur system... I had these problems before the patch, and so far you're the only person that hasn't said it's my router, as opposed to the dozen or so that said it probably is. Also, from what I was told, today's patch only affected some stuff with the Jenquai Seeker class.

efialtis
I can confirm the same problem with Win7 x64. Unchecking optimizer drops me to desktop after toon selection and trying to login to server. Applying XP compatibility to the N7 launcher fixed it for me.
