It exposed another MT race condition which seems to have been causing lots of other problems as well. Fixed in latest proxy update (Will be pushed about ~10 minutes after this reply - I saw that the server crashed and had to fix that bug as well and reboot the server). Thanks! Edit: Update pushed.
