so is there any solution to my issue? would deleting all my files and downloading all over again fix the problem by any chance?

When you say the certificate, I'm not overly savvy when it comes to this so which download would contain the certificate?

I am currently having this same issue, I haven't been able to get a fix from this information here. Anyone else have any ideas? UPDATE: once I unchecked local cert it turned into INV-300 error, I check the other forums posts but the files that are linked either don't exist any more or I simply cannot open them. I'm use an old beast of a laptop just to run this game since my main unit is a mac for my business. I'd really appreciate any input, it's been too long since I did some blasting.

Lew, I had that problem a couple weeks ago. what you need to do is go into your files and delete all the files ending with .TH6 C: \ Program Files (x86) \ EA GAMES \ Earth & Beyond \ Data \ client \ mixfiles thats the path I take to get to the files ending in .TH6 and make sure to delete all of them then you should get past that login crash

As I keep playing around I see more to report. I've done the steps a couple times now and it still hasen't worked. when I open Net-7 Launcher and I click on 'Help' up in the top right I see there is INV-300 drop box, when I click this box I get a window that pops up saying: Certificate for Sunrise.net-7.org is not valid or not installed. Install certificate now? I click on OK but nothing seems to happen and the problem persists

Rod I feel your pain. I'm having the exact same issues. Mine just started happening on Nov 15 or 16 after a patch. I've followed the step by step deal to no avail.

Ok so I did some reading which I should have done in the first place. Followed the steps from https://forum.enb-emulator.com/index.php?/forum-56/announcement-13-read-first-technical-support-faq-and-common-fixes/ on the INV-300 error. The thing is I had two 'local.net-7.org' files but no local.net-7.org.cer file. Either way I followed the steps to install certificates for both files. Neither worked. I was about to try again but the server has just gone offline. I'll give it a try again in the morning and let you guys know what I came up with.

I was able to login a couple days ago and then the patches came and since yesterday I get to the login screen but I get the "Connecting to Server..." box in the middle of the screen. When I put in my password and hit enter it takes a few minutes then says the server unavailable at this time. Tried getting rid of all the .TH6 files just to see if that helped but no difference.

I can get to the point of putting in my password and clicking next, get the big handprint and then it crashes the game to my desktop. is there a server issue or just me? this just started happening in the last 15 minutes

It looks as though everything is working normally after I had a CTD. I click play in the bottom right hand corner and it freezes up on both my computers. Gives me the (Not Responding) message, is this just me for some reason or are there others out there.
