It would have to be a new from the ground up, modernized and supported sequel for me. As much as I love this game still it definitely shows its age much like FFXI that I also loved to play (though it is getting its own modern update as FFXIV).

Thanks, god do I love the story following this game. Its hard to keep track of in those documents though as I can't remember the story that actually got implemented in live so I forget which of the revisions is the most "correct".

Alrighty, I tried searching but I must have just flat out missed it.

Back when the game was live I really loved getting into the story details of each new patch and the background and what not. However its been so long since then and I've forgotten most of it, does anyone have links to summaries of any of that? It'd be really awesome if anyone had a link to the big story compilation they released at the announcement of sunset.

I'm just echo what I think is most peoples reason which is space lol I like the pve in the game Though tbqh I probably wouldn't be back if this wasn't free, the game really can show it age in a lot of frustrating ways
