Trulak Posted October 8, 2011 Report Share Posted October 8, 2011 The game has been running beautifully for me since I installed it about a month ago. Today I was in Arx Ymir, I opened up a trade window and the dialog box and inventories failed to open. I pressed Esc and tried to log out, the window came up but nothing happened when I clicked the logout buttons. So I used the Task Manager to close the client.exe process. I have since been unable to log in and don't see anything about the server being down. When I run the launcher, it tells me the sunrise server is down, and when I click Play, I get a popup "Server failed to respond to login attempt". Any suggestions? I have not changed any router or firewall settings (or done any updates on either of them) immediately prior or since the game crash. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
