I started a PP and when I reached Lvl 10 I was supposed to go to Primus ships yards for a hull up grade.I found the shipyards but the ship yard didnt activate with a npc to talk to to complete the mission. nimr0dbbow[IS] Posted February 9, 2011 Report Share Posted February 9, 2011 Sometimes you may have to complete all the starting sector missions first. The mission you are wanting to complete is: "The Missing Transport 4/4". Until you complete this mission you will not get your level 10 hull upgrade. Happy hunting.
