Should this be reported as a bug? Is this another change that was not communicated and could be reported as a bug and waste alot of not only your time but ours as players. I'm pretty sure it isn't really possible to alter a whole class's general combat performance like that. Maybe a certain skill is malfunctioning or some weapon's DPS changed? I was reporting this for a friend. It was reported to a GM the other morning; without a satisfactory answer short of this must be the way it is now. I will see if this player can add more detail.
